Description
a)水素供給源の貯槽から抜き取った液体水素を予め定められた平均圧力に圧縮してバッファータンクへ一時的に貯留しておき、
b)前記貯槽内で蓄積する沸騰蒸発水素を圧縮して前記バッファータンクへ一時的に貯留しておき、
c)充填操作の第1段階では満たすべき貯蔵タンクと前記バッファータンクとの間の圧力補償動作により前記バッファータンクから前記貯蔵タンクへ加圧気体水素を充填し、
d)次いで充填操作の第2段階では前記バッファータンクからの水素を目標貯蔵圧力に圧縮して前記貯蔵タンクへ補給し、
e)この目標貯蔵圧力への水素の圧縮と前記沸騰蒸発水素の圧縮を一台の圧縮機又は二台の圧縮機で実行する。
・高い処理能力を発揮することができ、
・エネルギー面で有利な極低温圧縮操作を利用でき、
・沸騰蒸発水素の損失を回避することができ、
・小型圧縮機により設備の専有空間を小さくすることができ、
・バッファータンクとしては、高い処理能力のため容積の比較的小さい幾つかのバッファータンクを用意するだけで足り、
・特に極低温ポンプと圧縮機との組み合わせ方式であるため、取出流量と利用理念に関して柔軟性が高く、
・極低温ポンプの故障又は保守時には圧縮機により低流量で充填操作を実行でき、また圧縮機の故障又は保守時には極低温ポンプにより充填操作を実行でき、少なくとも400バール前後の平均圧力までの充填は実行できるので、システムの冗長性を確保することが可能である。
Claims (6)
- 貯蔵タンクに加圧気体水素を充填するに際し、
a)水素供給源の貯槽から抜き取った液体水素を予め定められた平均圧力に圧縮してバッファータンクへ一時的に貯留しておき、
b)前記貯槽内で蓄積する沸騰蒸発水素を圧縮して前記バッファータンクへ一時的に貯留しておき、
c)充填操作の第1段階では満たすべき貯蔵タンクと前記バッファータンクとの間の圧力補償動作により前記バッファータンクから前記貯蔵タンクへ加圧気体水素を充填し、
d)次いで充填操作の第2段階では前記バッファータンクからの水素を目標貯蔵圧力に圧縮して前記貯蔵タンクへ補給し、
e)この目標貯蔵圧力への水素の圧縮と前記沸騰蒸発水素の圧縮を一台の圧縮機又は二台の圧縮機で実行する、
ことを特徴とする水素燃料供給法。 - 前記平均圧力を100〜600バール又は200〜450バールの圧力範囲内とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素燃料供給法。
- 前記貯槽から抜き取った液体水素を前記平均圧力に圧縮する操作を極低温ピストンポンプによって実行することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水素燃料供給法。
- バッファータンク内に前記沸騰蒸発水素のための充分な貯留容積が確保されるように、バッファータンクをその容積の90%又はは80%まで満たすに等しい量だけの液体水素を圧縮してバッファータンクへ充填することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の水素燃料供給法。
- 前記液体水素を少なくとも一つの真空断熱タンクからなるバッファータンク内に一時的に貯留することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の水素燃料供給法。
- 加圧気体水素で満たされるべき貯蔵タンクが、移動体搭載貯蔵タンク、或いは自動車、鉄道車両又は航空機に搭載された貯蔵タンクであることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の水素燃料供給法。
