Claims (14)
- 気体水素の供給源(2)と、液化装置(3)と、決定されたそれぞれの貯蔵圧力での液体水素のための2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(5、4)と、を備える、液化水素を貯蔵し分配するための設備であって、前記液化装置(3)が、前記供給源(2)に接続された入口と、各貯蔵槽(5、4)のそれぞれの入口に弁(7、6、16)の組を介して並行に接続された出口とを備え、前記液化装置(3)の前記出口がまた、満たされるべきタンク(10)に取外し可能に接続されるように意図された接続端部(15)に接続されており、
各液体水素貯蔵槽(5、4)が、各液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)に接続された端部と、満たされるべき少なくとも1つのタンク(10)に接続されるように意図された少なくとも1つの他方の端部とを備える、液体引抜き管(9、8)をそれぞれ備え、
各液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)が、各液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)に接続された端部と、ガスが液化され得るべく前記ガスが前記液化装置(3)に再循環されることを可能にするように構成された弁(14、13)の組を介して前記液化装置(3)の入口に接続された別の端部とを備える、ガス引抜き管(12、11)をさらにそれぞれ備える、設備。 - 前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)が、別々に決定されたそれぞれの貯蔵圧力に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記供給源(2)に接続された入口と、各液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のそれぞれの入口に弁(27)の組を介して並行に接続された出口とを備える、第2の液化装置(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の設備(1)を使用して、液体水素タンク(10)、特にセミトレーラのモバイルタンクを満たすための方法であって、満たされるべき前記タンク(10)を2つの圧力のうちの高い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(4)の圧力未満の圧力まで減圧する準備ステップを備えることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記減圧する準備ステップが、第1の量の液体水素を、前記液化装置(3)から直接に前記タンク(10)内へ移送することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧する準備ステップが、前記タンク(10)から前記液化装置(3)の1つの入口へのおよび/または前記液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの少なくとも一方の液体水素貯蔵槽の1つの入口へ加圧されたガスを移送することを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記減圧する準備ステップと同時に、前記液化装置(3)から前記液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの少なくとも一方の液体水素貯蔵槽に液体水素を移送するステップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの圧力のうちの高い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(4)から前記タンク(10)へ圧力差を利用して液体水素を移送することを伴う第1の充填ステップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の充填ステップと同時に、前記タンク(10)から前記液化装置(3)の入口へ気体水素を移送してそれを液化するステップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の充填ステップと同時に、前記液化装置(3)から前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(5)へ液体水素を移送するステップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の充填ステップの後に、前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(5)の圧力まで前記タンク(10)を減圧する減圧ステップを備え、前記減圧ステップが、前記タンク(10)と前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの前記一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(5)との間での圧力の均等化を伴うことを特徴とする、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(5)の前記圧力まで前記タンク(10)を減圧する前記減圧ステップと同時に、前記液化装置(3)から前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの前記一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(5)へ液体水素を移送するステップを備えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽(5)の圧力まで前記タンク(10)を減圧する前記ステップの後に、前記2つの圧力のうちの低い方の圧力にある前記2つの液体水素貯蔵槽(4、5)のうちの一方の液体水素貯蔵槽の前記圧力未満の圧力まで前記タンク(10)をさらに減圧するさらなる減圧ステップを備え、前記さらなる減圧ステップが、前記タンク(10)から前記液化装置(3)の入口へのガスの移送、ならびに/または、大気および/もしくはガス収集部材へのガスの排出を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
