Description
そして、コネクタ143は、ワイヤハーネス(harness)を通じて車両の電装部品を制御するコントロールボックスに連結されうる。これにより、コントロールボックスは、コネクタ143を通じて制御回路モジュール133からの曇り検出信号が入力されれば、空調システムによって除湿を行って、車窓ガラス面10での曇りの発生を事前に防止するように制御することができる。
Claims (3)
- 車窓ガラス面の温度を測定するガラス面温度センサーと、車窓ガラス面の周りの相対湿度を測定する湿度センサーとが設けられた温湿度センサーモジュールと、
一方の表面上に、前記温湿度センサーモジュールが装着されており、かつ、ガラス面温度センサーの温度測定部位と接合する導電部が形成されており、他方の表面全体が前記車窓ガラス面に対向するように配置されている軟性印刷回路基板であって、前記温湿度センサーモジュールに設けられたガラス面温度センサーと湿度センサーの各電極端子と接続される導電パターンが形成された軟性印刷回路基板と、
前記軟性印刷回路基板の前記車窓ガラス面に対向する前記他方の表面全体を露出させる一方、前記温湿度センサーモジュールを通過させる貫通孔と、前記軟性印刷回路基板に設けられた導電パターンと接続する接続端子と、車両室内温度を測定する室内温度センサーと、前記温湿度センサーモジュールの湿度センサーおよび前記室内温度センサーでそれぞれ測定された値を演算して得られた露点温度を、前記温湿度センサーモジュールのガラス面温度センサーで測定されたガラス面温度と比べて、曇り検出信号を選択的に出力する制御回路モジュールと、を含む基板組立体と、
前記軟性印刷回路基板の前記他方の表面全体および前記基板組立体を前記車窓ガラス面に付着させる接着部材であって、前記車窓ガラス面から前記軟性印刷回路基板を介して前記ガラス面温度センサーへの熱伝逹を容易にする熱伝導性を有する接着部材と、
前記軟性印刷回路基板との間に前記基板組立体を挟むように前記基板組立体を取り囲むケースであって、前記温湿度センサーモジュールと対応する位置に形成された空気流入孔と、前記温湿度センサーモジュールを車窓ガラス面側に加圧する加圧突起と、前記制御回路モジュールの電源供給とデータ入出力のために、前記制御回路モジュールと接続されたコネクタと、を含むケースと、
を備えることを特徴とする車窓ガラスの曇り検出装置。 - 前記温湿度センサーモジュールに設けられた湿度センサーの空気流入部位には、
前記ケースの空気流入孔を通じて流入される空気の異物を分離するフィルターがさらに設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車窓ガラスの曇り検出装置。 - 前記温湿度センサーモジュールは、
MEMSタイプの温湿度センサーモジュールであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車窓ガラスの曇り検出装置。
