Claims (10)
- レーザ光を透過する光学部材、レーザ光を透過する熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する間隔調整部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する保持部材の順で配置され、
前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材との間に、前記光学部材、前記熱溶融部材および前記間隔調整部材を透過したレーザ光の照射によって前記保持部材が発熱することで、前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材とが溶着された第1の溶着部が形成されており、
前記間隔調整部材と前記光学部材との間に、前記保持部材からの熱が伝播することによって熱溶融した前記熱溶融部材による第2の溶着部が形成されていることを特徴とする光学機器。 - 前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材は同一材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学機器。
- 前記保持部材は、赤外線レーザ光に対する吸収性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学機器。
- レーザ光を透過する光学部材、レーザ光を透過する第1の熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する間隔調整部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する第2の熱溶融部材、保持部材の順で配置され、
前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材との間に、前記光学部材、前記第1の熱溶融部材および前記間隔調整部材を透過したレーザ光の照射により熱溶融した前記第2の熱溶融部材による第1の溶着部が形成されており、
前記間隔調整部材と前記光学部材との間に、前記第2の熱溶融部材からの熱が伝播することによって熱溶融した前記第1の熱溶融部材による第2の溶着部が形成されていることを特徴とする光学機器。 - 前記第2の熱溶融部材は、赤外線レーザ光に対する吸収性を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光学機器。
- レーザ光を透過する第1の光学部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する第1の熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する間隔調整部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する第2の熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する第2の光学部材の順で配置され、
前記間隔調整部材と前記第1の光学部材との間に前記第1の熱溶融部材が配置され、前記間隔調整部材と前記第2の光学部材との間に前記第2の熱溶融部材が配置されない部分に、レーザ光を照射することで、前記第1の光学部材を透過したレーザ光の照射により熱溶融した前記第1の熱溶融部材による第1の溶着部が形成され、
前記間隔調整部材と前記第1の光学部材との間に前記第1の熱溶融部材が配置されず、前記間隔調整部材と前記第2の光学部材との間に前記第2の熱溶融部材が配置される部分に、レーザ光を照射することで、前記間隔調整部材を透過したレーザ光の照射により熱溶融した前記第2の熱溶融部材により第2の溶着部が形成され、
前記間隔調整部材と前記第1の光学部材との間に前記第1の熱溶融部材が配置され、前記間隔調整部材と前記第2の光学部材との間に前記第2の熱溶融部材が配置される部分に、レーザ光を照射しないようにマスクすることを特徴とする光学機器。 - 前記第1及び第2の熱溶融部材は、赤外線レーザ光に対する吸収性を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光学機器。
- レーザ光を透過する光学部材、レーザ光を透過する熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する間隔調整部材、及びレーザ光が照射されることで発熱する保持部材をこの順に配置するステップと、
前記光学部材に向けてレーザ光を照射する接合ステップとを含み、
前記接合ステップでは、前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材との間に、前記光学部材、前記熱溶融部材および前記間隔調整部材を透過したレーザ光の照射によって前記保持部材が発熱することで、前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材とを溶着する第1の溶着部を形成し、かつ前記間隔調整部材と前記光学部材との間に、前記保持部材からの熱が伝播することによって熱溶融した前記熱溶融部材による第2の溶着部を形成することを特徴とする光学機器の製造方法。 - レーザ光を透過する光学部材、レーザ光を透過する第1の熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する間隔調整部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する第2の熱溶融部材、及び保持部材をこの順に配置するステップと、
前記光学部材に向けてレーザ光を照射する接合ステップとを含み、
前記接合ステップでは、前記間隔調整部材と前記保持部材との間に、前記光学部材、前記第1の熱溶融部材および前記間隔調整部材を透過したレーザ光の照射により熱溶融した前記第2の熱溶融部材による第1の溶着部を形成し、
前記間隔調整部材と前記光学部材との間に、前記第2の熱溶融部材からの熱が伝播することにより熱溶融した前記第1の熱溶融部材による第2の溶着部を形成することを特徴とする光学機器の製造方法。 - レーザ光を透過する第1の光学部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する第1の熱溶融部材、レーザ光を透過する間隔調整部材、レーザ光が照射されることで発熱する第2の熱溶融部材、及びレーザ光を透過する第2の光学部材をこの順で配置するステップと、
前記第1及び第2の光学部材に向けてレーザ光を照射する接合ステップとを含み、
前記接合ステップでは、前記間隔調整部材と前記第1の光学部材との間に前記第1の熱溶融部材が配置され、前記間隔調整部材と前記第2の光学部材との間に前記第2の熱溶融部材が配置されない部分に、レーザ光を照射することで、前記第1の光学部材を透過したレーザ光の照射により熱溶融した前記第1の熱溶融部材による第1の溶着部を形成し、前記間隔調整部材と前記第1の光学部材との間に前記第1の熱溶融部材が配置されず、前記間隔調整部材と前記第2の光学部材との間に前記第2の熱溶融部材が配置される部分に、レーザ光を照射することで、前記間隔調整部材を透過したレーザ光の照射により熱溶融した前記第2の熱溶融部材により第2の溶着部を形成し、前記間隔調整部材と前記第1の光学部材との間に前記第1の熱溶融部材が配置され、前記間隔調整部材と前記第2の光学部材との間に前記第2の熱溶融部材が配置される部分に、レーザ光を照射しないようにマスクすることを特徴とする光学機器の製造方法。
