Description
(1)弁膜葉全体に病変がある場合には、弁膜葉を完全に切除し、弁膜輪に新しい人工弁膜葉を付着する「完全弁膜葉置換術(complete leaflet replacement)」、
(2)弁膜葉のエッジの一部にだけ病変があるか、又は弁膜葉一部の破裂がある場合には、弁膜葉を完全に除去せずに、部分切除した後、新しい人工弁膜葉を付着する「部分弁膜葉切除後、延長術(partial leaflet resection and extension)」、
(3)弁膜葉が肥厚しなく、動きも円滑であるが、中心咬合部で力を支えることができず、垂れる(Prolapse)現象だけがある場合には、弁膜葉を切除せずに、その中心咬合部の面積だけを増やすために、新しい人工弁膜葉を付着する「単純弁膜葉延長術(Simple leaflet extension)」。
このとき、本発明に係るテンプレートの拡張部の長さは好ましくは1mm〜2mmであり、テンプレートの上板及び下板に、さらに把持部が設けられていてもよい。

Claims (9)
- 完全弁膜葉置換術用の人工弁膜葉であって、4つの側面を有する平面からなり、前記平面の3つの側面が直線であり、残り1つの側面が曲線であり、
上記曲線面の中心から上記曲線面に対向される他側面の中心までの長さは、上記曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.65〜0.70倍であり、上記曲線面と隣接した二面の長さは、曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.40〜0.50倍であることを特徴とする人工弁膜葉。 - 部分弁膜葉切除後、延長術用の人工弁膜葉であって、4つの側面を有する平面からなり、前記平面の3つの側面が直線であり、残り1つの側面が曲線であり、
上記曲線面の中心から上記曲線面に対向される他側面の中心までの長さは、上記曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.65〜0.70倍から1〜5mm減算し、上記曲線面と隣接した二面の長さは、曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.40〜0.50倍から1〜5mm減算したことを特徴とする人工弁膜葉。 - 曲線面と上記曲線面と隣接した二面の外周面に沿って拡張部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の人工弁膜葉。
- 上記拡張部の長さは1mm〜2mmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の人工弁膜葉。
- 完全弁膜葉置換術用の、上板及び前記上板と同様の形状からなる下板を有する、人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレートであって、4つの側面を有する平面からなり、前記平面の3つの側面が直線であり、残り1つの側面が曲線であり、
上記上板及び下板の曲線面の中心から上記曲線面に対向される他側面の中心までの長さは、上記曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.65〜0.70倍であり、上記曲線面と隣接した二面の長さは、曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.40〜0.50倍であることを特徴とする人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレート。 - 部分弁膜葉切除後、延長術用の、上板及び前記上板と同様の形状からなる下板を有する、人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレートであって、4つの側面を有する平面からなり、前記平面の3つの側面が直線であり、残り1つの側面が曲線であり、
上記上板及び下板の曲線面の中心から上記曲線面に対向される他側面の中心までの長さは、上記曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.65〜0.70倍から1〜5mm減算し、上記曲線面と隣接した二面の長さは曲線面に対向される他側面の長さの0.40〜0.50倍から1〜5mm減算したことを特徴とする人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレート。 - 曲線面と上記曲線面と隣接した二面の外周面に沿って拡張部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレート。
- 上記拡張部の長さは1mm〜2mmであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレート。
- 上記上板及び下板の一側に連結設けられ、上板及び下板を結合して固定させる把持部が、さらに設けられたことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の人工弁膜葉製造用テンプレート。
