Description
Claims (17)
- 圧縮封入可能な電解セル集合体であって、
二つの絶縁エンドピースと、前記エンドピースはそれぞれ、三つのチューブを位置決めするための三つの同心円形の座部と、前記チューブと中間座部に隣接する壁との間のシールを形成し、前記各座部上または前記各座部に隣接する中間シール形成機構と、前記同心円形の座部の中心軸上または前記同心円形の座部の中心軸と平行な一つまたはそれ以上のホールと、を含み、
前記チューブと前記二つのエンドピースの前記中間座部に隣接する前記壁との間のシールを形成するための直径及びシールされた集合体の前記二つのエンドピースの前記中間座部間の距離未満の長さのセラミック膜チューブと、
二つの電極チューブであって、一方のチューブは、前記セラミック膜チューブの内側に配置され、他方のチューブは、前記セラミック膜チューブの外側に配置され、前記各電極チューブは、それぞれ前記エンドピースの内側座部及び外側座部でシールを形成するための直径を有し、一つまたは両方の前記電極チューブは、前記二つの座部または封入された集合体内の前記電極チューブによって指定された前記二つのエンドピースのシール形成機構及び電気コネクタを有する前記各電極チューブの間の距離と同じ長さであり、
ホースまたはパイプの装着のための接続金具で外方に終わる四つのポートであって、四つのポートの内の二つのポートは前記集合体の前記二つの端部のそれぞれにおいて、外側電極チューブと前記セラミック膜チューブとの間の空間を指定し、四つのポートの内、他の二つのポートは前記集合体の前記二つの端部のそれぞれにおいて、前記セラミック膜チューブと内側電極チューブとの間の空間を指定し、前記ポートは前記絶縁エンドピース内に配置されるか、前記絶縁エンドピース内への前記電極チューブの挿入側に隣接して前記電極チューブを貫通して配置され、前記エンドピースの前記座部の平面に対して0度から15度の角度で前記集合体に流入または流出する流体を案内する開口部の内側で終結し、
前記エンドピース内の一つまたはそれ以上のホールに挿入される一つまたはそれ以上のロッドであって、各ロッドの一つまたは両方の端部にねじ山が形成され、かつ、前記チューブに平行な前記ロッドと、
ねじ山が形成された前記ロッドの端部のためのナットであって、前記電解セル集合体の圧縮及び封入が、前記ねじ山が形成されたロッド上に前記ナットを締めつけることによって達成されるようにしたナットと、
を含む圧縮封入可能な電解セル集合体。 - 前記エンドピースはシール形成機構がゴムガスケット、またはゴムオーリングである隣接区画間の全てのインタフェイスで前記シール形成機構を有する相補的な形状の二つまたは三つの積み重ね可能な区画からなる分断された構造である請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記シール形成機構は前記座部上に配置され、必要に応じて前記座部上または前記座部に隣接した壁上のガイドによって抑制されたゴムガスケットを含む請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記シール形成機構は前記座部に隣接した壁上に、必要に応じてガイドによって位置決めされた一つまたはそれ以上のゴムオーリングを含む請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースは三つの同心の座部が外側座部から内側座部まで進んで連続的により深く沈むキャップである請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースは三つの同心の座部が前記内側座部から前記外側座部まで進んで連続的により深く沈むプラグである請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースは、前記同心座部が同じ深さまたはほとんど同じ深さで沈み、必要に応じて、一つまたはそれ以上の前記座部の内側または外側上の一つまたは二つの隆起した壁を含む請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースがキャップ、プラグ、またはプレートの任意の組合せである請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースがプラスチック、ゴム、あるいはプラスチック、ゴム、及び金属の任意の組合せから構成されている請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースはポリオキシメチレンから構成されている請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記セラミック膜チューブはイオン透過アルミナチューブである請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記セラミック膜チューブは80%のアルミナ及び20%のジルコニアである請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記電極チューブは、炭素、金属、または遷移金属酸化物を用いて前記セラミック膜チューブに対して指向された側面上に塗装された金属を含む請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記遷移金属酸化物は白金、チタニウム、タンタル、ニオブ、イリジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム、またはパラジウムの酸化物を含む請求項13に記載の集合体。
- 前記電極チューブはチタニウムを含む請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記電極チューブはルテニウム酸化物を含む混合金属酸化物で塗装されたチタニウムを含む請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 前記エンドピースの前記座部のプレートに対して0度から15度の角度で二つの隣接したチューブ間の空間に導入されるか、前記二つの隣接した前記チューブ間の前記空間から流出する流体の流動を指向するための流体偏向板をさらに含み、前記エンドピースまたは前記電極チューブの一部であるか、あるいは前記エンドピースまたは前記電極チューブに接着される請求項1に記載の集合体。
