Claims (4)
- 持ち運び可能燃料電池充填器(100,200,300)において、
水供給源(110,223,315)と、
前記水供給源(110,223,315)に連結されている電解槽(115,225,320)であって、水から水素を取得し、且つ電源(207)に連結されるように作られ、陽子交換隔膜を備えていることを特徴とする電解槽と、
前記電解槽に連結される燃料電池カートリッジカプラ(140,355)であって、加圧された水素を燃料電池カートリッジ(145,415)に供給するために前記燃料電池カートリッジ(145,415)に連結されるように作られている燃料電池カートリッジカプラと、
燃料容器に水素を充填するのを制御するために、電力供給を受け、センサー入力を受け取って制御信号を提供するように作られている電子機器(210)であって、電子機器が、取り付けられた燃料容器に提供される水素の量を制御するために燃料電池容器に近接している温度センサーから温度情報を受け、電子機器が、貯水槽から水位センサー情報を受け、前記貯水槽の水位の関数として水を得るための手段を制御する、ことを特徴とする電子機器と、
通路(335)からホルダ(355)まで加圧された水素を供給及び調節するためのポンプ/弁(350)であって、ポンプ/弁が、前記燃料電池カートリッジカプラ(140,355)に連結され、温度センサー情報及び圧力センサー情報の関数として前記ポンプ/弁(335)を制御するため前記電子機器(210)に連結されている、ポンプ/弁(335)と、
を備えている持ち運び可能燃料電池充填器。 - 前記水供給源と前記電解槽の間に連結されている浄水器(112,224,318)と、
前記電解槽と前記燃料電池カートリッジの間に連結されている水素フィルター(125,230,330)と、を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の持ち運び可能燃料電池充填器。 - 内蔵型の消費者用充填器を使用して燃料電池(410)用水素燃料容器(145,415)を充填する方法において、
水供給源を提供するために外気から水を凝結する段階と、
加圧された水素を作り出すために前記水供給源からの水を電気分解する段階と、
前記燃料容器に充填するために燃料電池用燃料容器に前記加圧された水素を供給する段階と、
通路(335)からホルダ(355)まで、加圧された水素を供給及び調節するポンプ/弁(350)を制御する段階であって、前記ポンプ/弁が、燃料電池(410)用の燃料容器(145,415)が加圧された水素を受け取るために挿入されている燃料電池容器カプラ(140,355)まで、ポンプ/弁からの加圧された水素を調節するように温度センサー情報及び圧力センサー情報の関数として燃料電池容器カプラ(140,355)に結合されることを特徴とする、ポンプ/弁を制御する段階と、
前記水供給源からの水位センサー情報によって、水供給源の水位の関数として、水を凝結させるための手段を制御する段階と、
から成る方法。 - 貯水槽(223)を満たすために、水を凝結させるように、前記水供給源(110,223,315)に連結された熱電冷却器/コンデンサ(220)を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の持ち運び可能燃料電池充填器(100,200,300)。
