Description
(1)渦電流により導電材料を発熱させる自己発熱なので、熱効率がよく、また二酸化炭素の発生がなく、エコロジーな熱源である。また、使用する電力はロータを回動のみであり、電力消費量は少なく、ランニングコストを低く抑えることができる。
(2)ロータ内に永久磁石を配置し、導電材料の近傍で回転させるだけの簡単な構造なので、故障しにくく、メンテナンスもし易い。
(3)温度調整は、ロータの回転数の調整だけで済むので、容易である。
(4)導電材料に熱電対を接続したことにより、散逸する熱を再度電力として使用できるので、さらに効率が増大する。
(5)複数の熱風流通孔が穿孔された熱風捕捉板により、発熱部で発生したジュール熱を効率良く捕集できる。
Claims (2)
- 内部に永久磁石が配置され、回転可能に設けられた良導電体金属製の平盤状回転体と、前記平盤状回転体の上方近傍に配置して設けられると共に、前記永久磁石による磁界中に配置された導電材を含む発熱部と、複数の熱風流通孔が螺旋状又はインボリュート曲線状に配置穿孔され、これら熱風流通孔の配置に倣ってガイド板が立設され、前記各熱風流通孔は、その熱風流入端から流出端に向かって漸次狭小するテーパ状に形成されている熱風捕捉板とからなり、当該熱風捕捉板の上面を熱風排気筒を有する略円筒形状のカバーで被覆し、当該熱風排気筒からダクトを介して引圧して、前記発熱部で発生したジュール熱を熱風として捕集することを特徴とする電磁誘導式熱風発生装置。
- 発熱部に熱電対を接続したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁誘導式熱風発生装置。
