Claims (24)
- スタックの両端に配置された単極板と、
各単極板に隣接して配置された非浸透性シム板と、
各シム板に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置された端子板であって、前記単極板を通って浸透することができる冷却液が前記単極板と前記シム板との間に閉じ込められるように前記非浸透性シム板が前記単極板に固く締めつけられる端子板と
を備える燃料電池スタック。 - 前記単極板が複合板である、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板がステンレス鋼またはステンレス鋼合金のシム板である、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板がチタンまたはチタン合金のシム板である、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板が導電性材料の外側層を含む、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記外側層が金層、酸化ルテニウム層、白金層、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載のスタック。
- 前記外側層が10nm厚である、請求項5に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板が密封グラファイトシム板である、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板が前記端子板に面する側に被覆される、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記単極板と前記シム板との間に配置された少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- 前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層が導電性材料の外側被覆を含む、請求項10に記載のスタック。
- 前記スタックが車両の燃料電池システムの一部である、請求項1に記載のスタック。
- スタックの両端に配置された複合単極板と、
各単極板に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層と、
前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置されたステンレス鋼またはステンレス鋼合金のシム板であって、外側導電性層を含むシム板と、
前記シム板に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置された端子板であって、前記単極板を通って浸透することができる冷却液が前記単極板と前記シム板との間に閉じ込められるように前記シム板が前記単極板に密着している端子板と
を備える燃料電池スタック。 - 前記外側導電性層が金層、酸化ルテニウム層、白金層、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項13に記載のスタック。
- 前記外側導電性層が10nmの厚さを有する、請求項13に記載のスタック。
- 前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層が導電性材料の外側被覆を含む、請求項13に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板が前記端子板に面する側に被覆される、請求項13に記載のスタック。
- スタックの両端に配置された複合単極板と、
前記単極板に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層と、
前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置された密封グラファイトシム板と、
前記シム板に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置された端子板であって、前記単極板を通って浸透することができる冷却液が前記単極板と前記シム板との間に閉じ込められるように前記シム板が前記単極板に密着している端子板と
を備える燃料電池スタック。 - 前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層が導電性材料の外側被覆を含む、請求項18に記載のスタック。
- 前記シム板が前記端子板に面する側に被覆される、請求項18に記載のスタック。
- スタックの両端に配置された複合単極板と、
各単極板に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層と、
前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置されたチタンまたはチタン合金のシム板であって、外側導電性層を含むシム板と、
前記シム板に隣接し、前記単極板の反対側に配置された端子板であって、前記単極板を通って浸透することができる冷却液が前記単極板と前記シム板との間に閉じ込められるように前記シム板が前記単極板に密着している端子板と
を備える燃料電池スタック。 - 前記外側導電性層が金層、酸化ルテニウム層、白金層、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項21に記載のスタック。
- 前記外側導電性層が10nmの厚さを有する、請求項21に記載のスタック。
- 前記少なくとも1つの拡散媒体層が導電性材料の外側被覆を含む、請求項21に記載のスタック。
