Description
Claims (14)
- 大量生産される放射物の比吸光率を照合する装置において、
テスト領域に位置する対象物によって放射される電力を測定する少なくとも一つのセンサーと、
このように測定された電力を解析する少なくとも一つのプロセス部とを備え、
センサーは、前記テスト領域と反対側に配置される開口部を含む導波管を有し、
少なくとも一つの測定プローブが前記導波管内部に配置され、
センサーは、材料として、生物組織と同様の誘電特性を有するファントムを更に有し、
ファントム内に、導波管が配置されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 対象物をテスト領域まで搬送する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- ファントムは、円筒形状又はより複雑な形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 導波管は、長方形、円形又はより複雑な横断面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 導波管は角錐であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 導波管内に設けられた少なくとも二つの直交するプローブを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 導波管は、角度誤差測定法を実施するため、二対の直交するプローブを有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 二対のプローブは角度誤差測定装置に連結していることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- プロセス部は、大きさや範囲が測定された放射電力に応じて変化するとともに、位置が角度誤差測定法による測定に応じて変化する湾曲形状をスクリーンに表示することを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 様々な方向に配置された複数のセンサー配列を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 放射物が移動体通信ターミナルの場合には、テスト領域の上流にシミュレータ基地を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- センサー上流に放射物を所定位置に配置することができる案内手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- プロセス部は、集積された比吸光率の値と、電力の値との間の対応表を有し、この対応表は前もって測定によって決定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- センサー又は多数の導波管センサー、及び測定プローブを含む遮蔽され、かつ無響となる容器を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
