Claims (8)
- 透光性基板と;
透光性基板上に形成され、励起された電子を受け取るアノード電極として機能する複数の補助電極と;
前記補助電極と離間して配置されたカソード電極と;
前記補助電極を直接覆うように、前記透光性基板上に形成された酸化物半導体層と;
前記酸化物半導体層に吸着した色素とを備え、
前記酸化物半導体層に吸着した前記色素から励起された全電子に関して、各々の前記励起電子の最も近くに位置する前記補助電極へ前記励起電子の各々が到達するまでの距離はいずれも、前記酸化物半導体層の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 透光性基板と;
前記透光性基板上に形成され、励起された電子を受け取るアノード電極として機能する複数の補助電極と;
前記補助電極と離間して配置されたカソード電極と;
前記補助電極を直接覆うように、前記透光性基板上に形成された酸化物半導体層と;
前記酸化物半導体層に吸着した色素とを備え、
互いに隣り合う前記補助電極間の中間位置の直上における前記酸化物半導体層の表面に吸着した色素から、前記互いに隣り合う補助電極のいずれか一方のまでの距離は、前記酸化物半導体層の厚さ以下であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 請求項1又は2記載の色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記補助電極の平面的な幅は、前記補助電極の厚さよりも小さいことを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載された色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記酸化物半導体層はチタニア層であることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載された色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記色素は、ルテニウムを含むか、又は、インジウムリンであることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載された色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記補助電極はタングステンを含むことを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載された色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記複数の補助電極は互いに平行に配列されていることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載された色素増感型太陽電池において、
前記複数の補助電極はメッシュ状に配列されていることを特徴とする色素増感型太陽電池。
