Claims (7)
- シャンク部(12)と翼形部(14)とを含む金属製蒸気タービンブレード(58)であって、
前記翼形部(14)が、非金属材料を含む充填材料(68)で充填された少なくとも1つのポケットを有し、
前記充填材料(68)が周囲の翼形部表面と同一平面をなすように流延されていて、
前縁(76)に隣接する前記ポケットの少なくとも1つの縁部(74)には、隣接する翼形部表面との接合面において鋭角αをなすアンダカット(78)が形成されている、
金属製蒸気タービンブレード(58)。 - 前記アンダカット(78)が、該ブレードの後縁(72)に隣接する前記ポケットの第2の縁部(70)に沿って形成されている、請求項1記載の金属製蒸気タービンブレード。
- 前記アンダカット(78)が、前記ポケットの周辺縁部全体に沿って形成されている、請求項1記載の金属製蒸気タービンブレード。
- 前記充填材料(68)がポリマー系材料を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の金属製蒸気タービンブレード。
- 前記充填材料(68)が、ポリマーと金属、ガラス又はセラミックスとの混合物を含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の金属製蒸気タービンブレード。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポケット(64)が、前記翼形部の正圧側面上に形成されている、請求項1記載の金属製蒸気タービンブレード。
- 円周方向周辺部の周りに固定された複数のブレードを含む蒸気タービンロータホイールであって、各々のブレードが請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の金属製蒸気タービンブレードである、蒸気タービンロータホイール。
