- 遠心分離機(1)において、
使用時に回転軸線(5)を中心として回転するボウル(2)であって、前記回転軸線は前記ボウルの長さ方向に延びる、ボウル(2)と、
前記長さ方向に対して垂直方向に延びる半径方向(5a)と、
前記ボウルの一方の長さ方向端部に設けられた、内側(7)及び外側(8)を持つベースプレート(6)と、
前記ベースプレートに設けられた出口開口部(9)と、
前記出口開口部のところで前記ベースプレートの前記外側に突出したケーシング(33)であって、ケーシング側部(34)を含み、前記ケーシング側部に対する垂線(35)は、前記ケーシングにおいて前記ボウルの周方向に対して鋭角(β)をなして延びる、ケーシングと、
前記ケーシング側部に設けられた排出開口部(36)とを含み、
前記排出開口部は、溢流縁部(39)を有する堰(45)によって半径方向外側が制限されており、前記排出開口部は、前記ボウル内の液体の所望の最高液面高さの上方の位置まで半径方向内方に延びている、遠心分離機。 - 請求項1に記載の遠心分離機において、
前記鋭角(B)は、0°乃至60°の範囲内にある、遠心分離機。 - 請求項1に記載の遠心分離機において、前記鋭角は、5°乃至35°の範囲にある、遠心分離機。
- 請求項1に記載の遠心分離機において、前記鋭角は、15°乃至30°の範囲にある、遠心分離機。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離機において、
前記堰には穴(37)が設けられている、遠心分離機。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離機において、
前記堰は、交換自在の堰プレートによって形成されている、遠心分離機。 - 請求項6に記載の遠心分離機において、
前記排出開口部に設けられた溝(38)が前記堰プレートを受け入れるようになっている、遠心分離機。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の遠心分離機において、
前記ケーシングは、前記ベースプレートから前記ケーシング側部の遠方の側部(40)まで延びる湾曲壁(49)を含み、前記排出開口部の側部は前記湾曲壁に一致する、遠心分離機。 - 請求項8に記載の遠心分離機において、
前記湾曲壁及び前記ケーシング側部は、ほぼ直角をなして連結する、遠心分離機。 - 遠心分離機(1)のボウル(2)の出口開口部(9)に被せて配置されるようになった液相排出ポート部材(30)において、
フランジ(31)と、
前記フランジに設けられた入口開口部(32)と、
前記入口開口部のところで前記フランジの一方の側部に突出したケーシング(33)であって、ケーシング側部(34)を含み、前記ケーシング側部に対する垂線(35)は、前記フランジに対して鋭角(β)をなして延びる、ケーシングと、
前記ケーシング側部に設けられた排出開口部(36)とを含み、
前記排出開口部は、溢流縁部(39)を有する堰(45)によって制限されている、液相排出ポート部材。 - 請求項10に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、
前記鋭角は、0°乃至60°の範囲内にある、液相排出ポート部材。 - 請求項10に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、前記鋭角は、5°乃至35°の範囲にある、液相排出ポート部材。
- 請求項10に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、前記鋭角は、15°乃至30°の範囲にある、液相排出ポート部材。
- 請求項10乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、
前記堰には穴(37)が設けられている、液相排出ポート部材。 - 請求項10乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、
前記堰は、交換自在の堰プレートによって形成されている、液相排出ポート部材。 - 請求項15に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、
前記排出開口部に設けられた溝(38)が前記堰プレートを受け入れるようになっている、液相排出ポート部材。 - 請求項10乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、
前記ケーシングは、前記フランジから前記ケーシング側部の遠方の側部(40)まで延びる湾曲壁(49)を含み、前記排出開口部の側部(43)は前記湾曲壁に一致する、液相排出ポート部材。 - 請求項17に記載の液相排出ポート部材において、
前記湾曲壁及び前記ケーシング側部は、ほぼ直角をなして連結する、液相排出ポート部材。
