Description

The present invention relates to, for example, a structure for joining structural members for attaching a fastened member having a substantially trapezoidal cross section to a side surface of a column having a substantially square cross section, and in particular, can be easily attached with a simple structure having a small number of parts. And it is related with what was devised so that it might be hard to come off by external force and a firm fixed state could be obtained.

For example, when fixing a fastened member having a substantially trapezoidal cross section to a side surface of a column material having a substantially square cross section, a hole is provided in the side surface of the column material and the member, and a bolt passing through the hole and a nut screwed into the bolt are used. A configuration that is fastened and fixed is common.

JP 2007-154924 A

The conventional configuration has the following problems.
First, the attachment work for attaching the fastened member having the substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape to the side surface of the column member has not been easy. In other words, it takes a lot of labor and a long working time to fix a member to be fastened having a trapezoidal cross-sectional shape on the side surface of a column using a plurality of sets of bolt and nut fasteners. .
Another problem is that the fastening force is weak. In other words, a to-be-fastened member having a substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape is fastened and fixed to the side surface of the column by a plurality of sets of bolt and nut fasteners, but sufficient fastening force can be obtained only by screwing the bolt and nut. In some cases, the member to be fastened may be inadvertently detached from the pillar material after fastening.

The present invention has been made based on such points, and the object of the present invention is to be able to easily attach with a simple structure with a small number of parts and to obtain a strong fixed state that is hard to come off by external force. The joint surface 17 is provided in a state inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to the moving direction of the fastened member 11 (left and right direction in FIG. 2).

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, a joint piece 19 is installed on the groove 3. A fixing engagement convex portion 21 is formed at the lower end of the joint piece 19 on the opposite side to the fastened member 11. The distal end of the fixing engaging convex portion 21 is formed in a substantially arc shape. Further, a coupling engaging recess 23 is provided on the joint member 19 on the side of the fastened member 11. The coupling engaging recess 23 is rotatably engaged with the coupling engaging convex portion 15 of the fastened member 11. A joint surface 20 is provided on the joint piece 19 on the side of the member 11 to be fastened. The joining surface 20 is also provided in a state inclined by a predetermined angle with respect to the moving direction of the fastened member 11 (left and right direction in FIG. 2), and is in contact with the joining surface 17 on the fastened member 11 side. -It is configured to be arranged. Further, the joint piece 19 is provided with a female screw portion 25 that penetrates from the outer side in the width direction of the groove 3 toward the fastened member 11. The female screw portion 25 is provided in a direction orthogonal to the joint surfaces 17 and 20.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 4, and 5, the fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 are in a state where the joint surface 17 and the joint surface 20 are in contact with each other in the groove 3. In addition, the coupling engaging projection 15 and the coupling engaging recess 23 are engaged with each other.

A push screw 27 is screwed into the female thread portion 25 of the joint piece 19. When the push screw 27 is screwed into the female screw portion 25, the tip thereof protrudes from the female screw portion 25. The to-be-fastened member 11 is urged / moved by the tip of the protruding push screw 27, and thereby the to-be-fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 are urged / moved in a direction away from each other. As a result, the fixing engaging convex portion 13 of the fastened member 11 and the fixing engaging concave portion 5 of the column member 1 are engaged, and the fixing engaging convex portion 21 of the joint piece 19 and the column member are engaged. 1 fixing engagement recesses 5 are engaged, and the fastened member 11 and the column member 1 are firmly fastened and fixed.

The operation will be described based on the above configuration.
First, the fastened member 11 is installed in the groove 3 of the column 1 and the joint piece 19 is installed. At that time, the connecting engaging convex portion 15 of the fastened member 11 and the connecting engaging concave portion 23 of the joint piece 19 are engaged.

Next, a push screw 27 is screwed into the female screw portion 25 of the joint piece 19. By screwing the push screw 27 into the female screw portion 25, the tip of the push screw 27 protrudes from the female screw portion 25, thereby urging the fastened member 11 and as a result, the fastened member. 11 and the joint piece 19 move in a direction away from each other. As a result, the fixing engaging convex portion 13 of the fastening member 11 and the fixing engaging concave portion 5 of the groove 3 of the column member engage with each other, and the fixing engaging convex portion 21 of the joint piece 19 and the fixing convex portion 21 of the joint piece 19 are engaged. The fixing engaging recess 5 of the groove 3 is firmly engaged.

Further, as the joint piece 19 is urged by the push screw 27, the joint piece 19 is slightly rotated around the coupling engagement convex portion 15 via the coupling engagement concave portion 23. Accordingly, the fixing engaging convex portion 21 and the fixing engaging concave portion 5 are more firmly engaged. With the above operation, the fastened member 11 is firmly fastened to the pillar material 1.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
First, the fastened member 11 can be attached to the groove 3 of the column member 1 by an easy operation with a small number of parts. That is, the number of parts is only 3 points of the fastened member 11, the joint piece 19, and the set screw 27. After the fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 are inserted into the groove 3 of the pillar 1 and combined, This is because a desired fastening structure can be obtained simply by screwing the push screw 27 into the female thread portion 25 of the joint piece and rotating it.
Also, the mounting position can be easily changed. That is, simply loosening the push screw 27 weakens the fastening force, and the fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 can be slid along the groove 3.
Moreover, a firm fastening state can be obtained. That is, when the push screw 27 rotates and moves in the direction of the fastened member 11, the fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 are biased in a direction away from each other, and the fastened member 11 is fixed. The engaging convex portion 13 and the fixing concave portion 5 for fixing the groove 3 are engaged, and the fixing engaging convex portion 21 for the joint piece 19 and the fixing concave portion 5 for fixing the groove 3 are firmly engaged. This is because they are configured to match. Further, since the joint piece 19 is slightly rotated about the coupling engagement convex portion 15 through the coupling engagement concave portion 23, the fixing engagement convex portion 21 of the joint piece 19 and the groove 3 are fixed. This is because the engagement recess 5 for use is more firmly engaged.
Further, since the joint surface 17 of the member to be fastened 11 and the joint surface 20 of the joint piece 19 are provided in a direction inclined with respect to the moving direction of the joint piece 19, a groove is formed with respect to the member to be fastened 11. A force pressing in three directions effectively acts, and as a result, the member to be fastened 11 is more strongly pressed against the groove 3, and the surface of the member to be fastened 11 on the groove 3 side is brought into close contact with the groove 3. It is possible to fasten and fix in a state where the groove 3 is held, and to keep the surface of the fastened member 11 opposite to the groove 3 parallel to the groove 3.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the member to be fastened 11 is arranged in the groove 3 of the column member 1 so that the fixing engaging convex portion 5 and the fixing engaging concave portion 13 are engaged, and then the joint piece 19 is disposed. The connecting engagement convex portion 15 of the fastened member 11 and the connecting engagement concave portion 23 of the joint piece 19 are arranged to engage with each other, but the joint piece 19 and the fastened member 11 are connected in advance. A method may be adopted in which the projection 15 and the coupling engagement recess 23 are combined so as to be engaged to form one assembly, and the assembly is inserted into the groove 3 from the side of the pillar 1.
Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the coupling engagement convex portion 15 is provided in the fastened member 11 and the coupling engagement concave portion 23 is provided in the joint piece 19. A concave portion may be provided, and a coupling engagement convex portion may be provided on the joint piece 19 so that the fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 are engaged with each other in a rotatable manner.
Further, for example, in the above-described embodiment, the fastened member 11 and the joint piece 19 are engaged in a rotatable state. The joint piece 19 can be made difficult to come off even if the coupling engaging recess 23 is a groove corresponding to the coupling engaging projection 15.
In the one embodiment, the shape of the tip of the coupling engaging convex portion is not limited to the shaft shape, and the shape of the coupling engaging concave portion is not limited to the arc shape. Absent. For example, it is also conceivable that the shape of the tip of the coupling engaging convex portion is a hook shape and the coupling engaging concave portion is shaped to match it.
Various other shapes are assumed and are not limited to those shown in the drawings.
