Claims (4)
- 銅合金で一部にスリットを有し円環状であって、抵抗溶接コレット電極の先割片の内側に形成した窪みに挿入され、内挿された被溶接物の周囲に密着して保持することを特徴とする抵抗溶接用カラー。
- Niが1.5重量%、Beが0.3重量%で残りが銅であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接用カラー。
- 銅合金で一部にスリットを有する円環状の抵抗溶接用カラーと、銅合金で複数の切り込みによって分離された先割片と先割片に続く基体で構成されカラーが入り込むべき窪みを先割片の内面に形成した抵抗溶接用コレット電極とよりなることを特徴とする抵抗溶接用電極。
- 銅合金で一部にスリットを有する円環状の抵抗溶接用カラーと、銅合金で複数の切り込みによって分離された先割片と先割片に続く基体で構成され抵抗溶接用カラーが入り込むべき窪みを先割片の内面に形成した抵抗溶接用コレット電極とよりなる抵抗溶接電極を用い、円筒部を持つ第1被溶接物の外周部の円筒部を円環状の抵抗溶接用カラーによって挟み、他の抵抗溶接用コレット電極によって把持した第2被溶接物を第1被溶接物に接触させ抵抗溶接用コレット電極・抵抗溶接用カラー・第1、第2被溶接物・抵抗溶接コレット電極間に電流を流して被溶接物を溶接するようにしたことを特徴とする抵抗溶接方法。
