Claims (1)
- 液状タイプの熱硬化性ゲル材からなる基材に、
熱伝導性及び導電性を有するフィラーと、
水酸化マグネシウムと、
を含有させてなる導電性熱伝導材であって、
上記基材が、アクリル酸エステルを含むモノマーを重合してなるポリマーであり、
上記フィラーが、大粒径のニッケルコートグラファイトと小粒径のニッケルとの混合物であり、
上記水酸化マグネシウムが、1.5〜3.7wt%含有されたことを特徴とする導電性熱伝導材。
