Description
Claims (12)
- 互いに間隔を置いて離れかつ縁に沿って一緒に密封された二枚のガラスシートを含むガラス張りパネルであって、二枚のガラスシート間の距離が10と500μmの間にあり、ガラス張りパネルが接着剤から本質的になる複数の間隔を置いたデポジットを備えており、それらのデポジットが二枚のガラスシート間にかつ二枚のガラスシートと接触して配置され、かつ1と10cmの間のデポジット間距離を持って配置されており、デポジットの一部は、二枚のガラスシートのうちの一方のシートのみの表面に付着されており、二枚のガラスシートが相互に対して接近して動くのを防止し、デポジットの残りは、二枚のガラスシートの表面に付着されており、二枚のガラスシートが相互から離れるように動くのを防止することを特徴とするガラス張りパネル。
- 間隔を置いたデポジットがガラス張りパネルの実質的に全表面に渡って二枚のガラスシート間の距離を実質的に一定に維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス張りパネル。
- ガラス張りパネルの寸法が30×30cmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のガラス張りパネル。
- 二枚のガラスシートのそれぞれの厚さが2から6mmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネル。
- 二枚のガラスシート間の距離が50と150μmの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネル。
- 二枚のガラスシート間の距離の変動が二枚のガラスシート間の平均距離の20%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネル。
- 二枚のガラスシート間の距離の変動が二枚のガラスシート間の平均距離の0から10%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガラス張りパネル。
- デポジット間の距離が4と6cmの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネル。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネルを含むクロモジェニックガラス張りパネルであって、二枚のガラスシート間の空間に対面する二枚のガラスシートのそれぞれの表面が導電層で被覆され、二枚のガラスシート間の空間が懸濁粒子を含む懸濁物を含むことを特徴とするクロモジェニックガラス張りパネル。
- 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネルを含むスマート窓であって、二枚のガラスシート間の空間が液体、ゲル、樹脂または高分子を含む機能性材料を含むことを特徴とするスマート窓。
- ガラス張りパネルが真空断熱ガラス張りパネルであることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネル。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載のガラス張りパネルを製造する方法において、次の工程:
− ガラスシートの一つの一表面上にデポジットの一部を付着し、それらを強制せずに乾燥させる、
− 前記表面上に他のデポジットを付着する、
− 第一のガラスシート及びデポジットの上に他のガラスシートを置く、そして
− 両方のガラスシートをそれらの縁に沿って一緒に密封する、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
