Claims (20)
- セメント素地と亜鉛被覆金属要素とを含む補強構造体であって、
前記補強構造体が、少なくとも前記亜鉛被覆金属要素と前記セメント素地との界面において、前記亜鉛被覆金属要素に陰極防食をもたらす化合物によって処理され、前記化合物が、イミダゾール、トリアゾール、およびテトラゾールからなる群から選択される補強構造体。 - 前記化合物が、0.005wt%から2wt%の範囲内の濃度で含まれ、前記濃度は、前記セメント素地を調製するのに用いられる混合水を基準にして表されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記補強構造体が、六価クロムを含まないことを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記イミダゾールが、ベンゾイミダゾールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記亜鉛被覆金属要素が、前記セメント素地に導入される前に、前記化合物を含む層によって被覆されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記化合物が、前記セメント素地に加えられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記金属要素が、金属ワイヤ、金属コード、金属繊維、金属棒、金属シート、または金属メッシュを含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記金属要素が、鋼繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の補強構造体。
- 前記金属要素が、亜鉛合金皮膜を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の補強構造体。
- イミダゾール、トリアゾール、およびテトラゾールからなる群から選択される化合物を含む層によって被覆されることを特徴とするセメント素地を補強するための亜鉛被覆金属要素。
- 前記層が、前記化合物を含む接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の亜鉛被覆金属要素。
- 前記イミダゾールが、ベンゾイミダゾールを含むことを特徴とする請求項10あるいは11に記載の亜鉛被覆金属要素。
- 前記金属要素が、金属ワイヤ、金属コード、金属繊維、金属棒、金属シート、または金属メッシュを含むことを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の亜鉛被覆金属要素。
- 前記金属要素が、鋼繊維を含むことを特徴とする請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の亜鉛被覆金属要素。
- 前記金属要素が、亜鉛合金皮膜を有することを特徴とする請求項10〜14のいずれか一項に記載の亜鉛被覆金属要素。
- 亜鉛被覆金属要素を準備するステップと、
前記亜鉛被覆金属要素をセメント素地内に導入するステップと、
前記亜鉛被覆金属要素および/または前記セメント素地を、イミダゾール、トリアゾール、およびテトラゾールからなる群から選択される化合物によって処理するステップとを含むことを特徴とするセメント素地に埋め込まれた亜鉛被覆金属要素の界面における水素ガスの発生を阻止する方法。 - 前記イミダゾールが、ベンゾイミダゾールを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、前記化合物を前記セメント素地に加えることを含むことを特徴とする請求項16あるいは17に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、前記亜鉛被覆金属要素を前記セメント素地内に導入する前に、前記化合物を含む皮膜層を前記亜鉛被覆金属要素に形成することを含むことを特徴とする請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膜層が、接着剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
