Claims (18)
- ステント送出しシステムであって、
ハウジングおよびスプールを有するハンドルと、
近位端が前記ハンドルの前記ハウジングに接続されている押し棒と、
前記押し棒の遠位端付近に配置されるステントと、を備え、
前記ハンドルは、その直線長さが前記ステントの直線長さよりも短く、
更に、遠位端の位置に前記ステントを拘束した鞘部材と、
該鞘部材の近位端と前記スプールとに接続された後退ワイヤと、を備え、
前記鞘部材の近位端は、前記ハンドルから離れ且つ前記ハンドルに隣接にし、
更に、前記ハウジングに直接、連結された歪み緩和装置を備え、前記鞘部材は前記歪み緩和装置を通して後退可能である、
ことを特徴とするステント送出しシステム。 - 前記スプールの回転により前記後退ワイヤを前記スプールの周囲にコイル巻きする、
請求項1に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記後退ワイヤを前記スプールの周囲にコイル巻きにすることで前記鞘部材を後退させて前記ステントを配備する、
請求項2に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記ステントは自己拡張型ステントであり、前記鞘部材が後退すると前記ステントが自発的に拡張する、
請求項3に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記押し棒の前記近位端を前記ハウジングに接続する押し棒固定部材を更に備えている、
請求項1に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記スプールは、前記スプールを回転させるためのスプールノブを有する、
請求項1に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記押し棒にはガイドワイヤ管腔が設けられ、
前記送出しシステムは前記押し棒の中を通って延びるガイドワイヤを更に備えている、 請求項1に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記ハウジングにはガイドワイヤポートが設けられ、
前記ガイドワイヤは、前記押し棒の遠位端から外へ延び出て前記ハンドルを通り、更に、前記ガイドワイヤポートから外に出ている、
請求項7に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記鞘部材には押し棒管腔が設けられており、前記押し棒は前記鞘部材の中を通って延びている、
請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記後退ワイヤと前記鞘部材の前記近位端の間に接合部を更に備えている、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記歪み緩和装置は、前記鞘部材の前記近位端の上に重なるのに十分な距離だけ前記ハンドルから離れて延びている、
請求項1に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記鞘部材の前記近位端は前記歪み緩和装置の内側に配置されている、
請求項1又は11に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記歪み緩和装置は入れ子式に嵌め込まれている、
請求項1、11、又は12に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記歪み緩和装置は少なくとも1個の円筒部分を含んでいる、
請求項13に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1個の円筒部分は第1の円筒部分を含み、
前記第1の円筒部分には近位リップが設けられ、
前記第1の円筒部分の前記近位リップは前記ハウジングに引っ掛かって前記第1の円筒部分が前記ハウジングから離脱するのを阻止している、
請求項14に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1個の円筒部分は第2の円筒部分を含み、
前記第2の円筒部分には近位リップが設けられ、
前記第2の円筒部分の前記近位リップは、前記第1の円筒部分に引っ掛かって前記第2の円筒部分が前記第1の円筒部分から離脱するのを阻止している、
請求項15に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記歪み緩和装置は前記ハンドルに入れ子式に伸縮する、
請求項13ないし16のいずれか1項に記載のステント送出しシステム。 - 前記ハンドルがさらに、
前記スプールを前記ハウジングに取付ける軸と、
前記ハウジングに連結された入れ子式歪み緩和装置と、を備えている、
