Description
(a)非熱的放電処理に適当なチャンバー中に、パーオキシド溶液の層を配置すること、
(b)(a)の該層中に電極を配置し、かつ、該層の上の気相中に反対の電位を有する電極を配置すること、
(c)該チャンバー中で非熱的放電を生成すること、及び、
(d)該パーオキシド溶液を該非熱的放電に付して、活性化パーオキシド溶液を得ること、
を含む。
Claims (21)
- 脱塩水中、蒸留水中又は化学的純水中の0.1〜20%(重量/重量)の過酸化水素の溶液を非熱的放電処理に付すことにより得られる、0.1〜20%(重量/重量)の過酸化水素を含む活性化殺生物性水溶液において、該活性化殺生物性溶液は2〜4の範囲のpH、400〜600mVの範囲の酸化還元電位(ORP)を有し、かつ、0.1%〜5%(重量/重量)の範囲のパーオキシド含量を有するときの該溶液は100〜450μジーメンス/cmの範囲の電気伝導度を有し、そして、5%超〜20%(重量/重量)の範囲のパーオキシド含量を有するときの該溶液は100〜350μジーメンス/cmの範囲の電気伝導度を有する、上記活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 過酸化水素濃度が0.4〜15%(重量/重量)である、請求項1に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 0.1%〜5%(重量/重量)の範囲のパーオキシド含量を有するときの電気伝導度が100〜350μジーメンス/cmである、請求項1又は2に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 該溶液中に追加的な化合物の存在が実質的に無い条件下で、該pH、ORP及び電気伝導度が計測可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 利用しうる遊離の塩素(AFC)含量を実質的に有さない、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 400〜500mVのORPを有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 420〜490mVのORPを有する、請求項6の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 該非熱的放電プロセスが、グロー放電プラズマ又はコロナ放電である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 該非熱的放電プロセスがパルスDCグロー放電プラズマである、請求項8の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 該非熱的放電プロセスがパルスコロナ誘起パルスDCグロー放電プラズマである、請求項9に記載の活性化殺生物性水溶液。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う活性化殺生物性溶液と添加物とを含む組成物。
- 該添加物が、銀塩;銀コロイド;亜鉛塩;クロルヘキシジン;陽イオン性界面活性剤、陰イオン性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面活性剤及び/又は両性界面活性剤;乳化剤;ハイドロトロープ;グリセロール;スズ酸塩;キレート化剤;アルコール;酸;塩基;香料;着色性化学物質;及び/又は表面張力低下剤である、請求項11に記載の組成物。
- 殺菌活性及び/又は消毒活性及び/又は洗浄活性及び/又は漂白活性及び/又は防腐活性が必要とされるところの任意の目的の為に、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う殺生物性水溶液又は請求項11若しくは12に従う組成物を使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う活性化殺生物性水溶液の調製のための方法であって、
(a)非熱的放電処理に適当なチャンバー中に、0.1〜20%(重量/重量)の過酸化水素を含む水溶液の層を配置すること、
(b)(a)の層中に電極を配置し、かつ、該層の上の気相中に反対の電位を有する電極を配置すること、
(c)チャンバー中で非熱的放電を生成すること、及び、
(d)該パーオキシド溶液を該非熱的放電に付して、活性化パーオキシド溶液を得ること、
を含む上記方法。 - 該非熱的放電がグロー放電プラズマ又はコロナ放電である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 該グロー放電プラズマ又は該コロナ放電が、パルスモードで動作され且つ/又は直流(DC)放電(プラズマ)である、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 該グロー放電プラズマが、コロナにより誘起される、請求項15又は16に記載の方法。
- 該グロー放電プラズマがパルスコロナ誘起パルスDCグロー放電プラズマである、請求項17に記載の方法。
- パルスコロナ誘起パルスDCグロー放電プラズマが50〜5,000Hzの範囲の周波数で実施される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- パルスコロナ誘起パルスDCグロー放電プラズマが100〜1,000Hzの範囲の周波数で実施される、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の活性化殺生物性溶液の有効量又は請求項11若しくは12に記載の組成物の有効量と、基体を接触させることを含む、該基体を殺菌する方法。
