Description
a) 前記バッグは、地面との間あるいは前記コンテナーが配置される表面との間に間隔を置いて前記コンテナーによって支持されており、それゆえ空気が底から前記バッグの中へ流入することができ、また、
b) 前記バッグは、400g・30μm/m2・24hよりも高い水蒸気透過性がある通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られ、このフィルムは実質的に液状水不透過性である
ことを特徴とする、有機廃棄物の収集および一時収納のための通気システムによって達成される。
− 36.4%のGlobe 03401 Cerestarデンプン
− 50%のEaster−Bio Ultra(脂肪族−芳香族コポリエステル)(MFI=3)
− 13.6%のグリセリン
− 0.2部のエルクアミド
を含有している組成物1(高通気性フィルム用)
と
− 27%のGlobe 03401 Cerestarデンプン
− 66.5%のEaster−Bio Ultra(脂肪族−芳香族コポリエステル)(MFI=3)
− 6.0%のグリセリン
− 0.3%のエルクアミド
− 0.2%の蜜蝋
を含有している組成物2(通気性フィルム用)
とによって、およそ20μmの厚さのある10リットル用バッグがそれぞれ製造された。
Claims (20)
- 平行六面体状であって、側壁および底に複数の通気穴が設けられた剛性コンテナーと、このコンテナーの中に挿入されかつそのコンテナーによって支持された取り外し可能な通気性バッグとを備えてなり、
a) 前記バッグは、その折り返し部を前記コンテナーの角に定置させることで、地面との間にあるいは前記コンテナーが配置される表面との間に間隔を置いて前記コンテナーによって支持されており、
b) 前記コンテナーには、地面との間にあるいは前記コンテナーが配置される表面との間に間隔を置くために足が設けられており、それゆえ、外部の空気が前記コンテナーの側壁および底における前記通気穴を介して前記バッグの中へ流入することができ、また、
c) 前記バッグは、生分解性脂肪族ポリエステル、生分解性脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステル、生分解性ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート、生分解性ポリヒドロキシ酸および生分解性ポリエステルアミドからなる群から選択された1つのまたは2つ以上の通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られ、このフィルムは、400g・30μm/m2・24hよりも高い水蒸気透過性があり、このフィルムは実質的に液状水不透過性である
ことを特徴とする、有機廃棄物の収集および一時収納のための通気システム。 - 前記バッグは、700g・30μm/m2・24hよりも高い水蒸気透過性がある通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 前記バッグは、950g・30μm/m2・24hよりも高い水蒸気透過性がある通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 前記バッグは、400〜950g・30μm/m2・24hの間の水蒸気透過性がある通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られた前記バッグは、5〜50μmの厚さがある、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られた前記バッグは、10〜40μmの厚さがある、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の通気システム。
- 前記バッグは、デンプンベース組成物からなる通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムから得られている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 前記通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムは、10%〜95%の範囲にあるデンプン含有量を有し、さらに、50℃〜160℃の融点がある水不溶性の熱可塑性ポリマーを包含している、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の通気システム。
- 前記通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムは、20%〜90%の範囲にあるデンプン含有量を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の通気システム。
- 前記通気性・生分解性プラスチックフィルムは、25%〜60%の範囲にあるデンプン含有量を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の通気システム。
- 前記水不溶性の熱可塑性ポリマーは、60℃〜140℃の融点がある、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の通気システム。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、熱可塑性ポリエステルである、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の通気システム。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリエステルは、二酸/ジオールあるいはヒドロキシ酸に由来するポリエステルである、ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の通気システム。
- 前記ポリエステルは、脂肪族−芳香族ポリエステルである、ことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の通気システム。
- 前記ポリエステルは、ポリブチレン・アジペートコテレフタレート、ポリエチレン・アジペートコテレフタレート、ポリエチレン・セバケートコテレフタレートおよびポリブチレン・セバケートコテレフタレートからなる群から選択されている、ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の通気システム。
- 前記バッグは、5〜40リットルの容積を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 前記容積は、10〜30リットルである、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の通気システム。
- 前記剛性コンテナーは、通気穴(10)が設けられた蓋(8)を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 前記剛性コンテナーは、通気穴(10)が設けられた底(5)を有しており、この底は、地面との間にあるいは前記コンテナーが配置される表面との間に間隔を置いて配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の通気システム。
- 前記剛性コンテナーの蓋(8)および底(5)は、20%を超える穴開き区域を有し、かつ、前記剛性コンテナーの側壁は、30%を超える穴開き区域を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項18または19に記載の通気システム。
