Abstract
【解決手段】 完全な堆肥化が可能で、内部表面と外部表面とを貫通する開口部を備えた、取り囲まれた本体を有するコンテナーが提供される。取り囲まれた本体は、周囲の条件下で、生物分解をし、無害な残留物に変わる植物繊維の構造層と、構造層の第一の側部上に形成され、取り囲まれた本体の内部表面を形成し、周囲の条件下で、生物分解をし、無害な残留物に変わる流体バリア層とを有している。コンテナーは、自然環境中の一組のファクターに晒されたときに、徐々に生物分解をし、標準的な商業条件下で保管されたときに、6ヶ月の品質保持期限を有している。

Claims (29)
- 堆肥化が可能なコンテナーであって、
内部表面と外部表面を貫く開口部を備えた、取り囲まれた本体を有し、
前記取り囲まれた本体が、
周囲の条件において、生物分解をして、無害な残留物になる植物を原料とした構造層と、
前記構造層の第一の側部上に形成され、前記取り囲まれた本体の前記内部表面を形成し、周囲の条件において、生物分解をして、無害な残留物になる流体バリア層と
を備えたことを特徴とする堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。 - 前記構造層が、前記取り囲まれた本体の前記外部表面を形成するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- さらに、前記構造層の第二の側部上に形成され、前記取り囲まれた本体の前記外部表面を形成する保護層を備え、前記保護層が周囲の条件において、生物分解をして、無害な残留物になるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記保護層および流体バリア層とが、同じ化学的組成を有するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記保護層および流体バリア層とが、化学的組成を異にするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- さらに、前記流体バリア層と流体連通する前記開口部に結合されたマウスを備え、前記マウスが、前記流体バリア層と協働して、前記構造層を、水分から防ぎ、周囲の条件において、生物分解をして、無害な残留物になるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- さらに、前記マウスと協働して、前記取り囲まれた本体をシールするキャップを備え、前記キャップが、周囲の条件において、生物分解をして、無害な残留物になるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記周囲の条件が、少なくとも温度、空気圧および水分のいずれか含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記構造層がサトウキビ繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記構造層がサトウキビパルプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記構造層が木質繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記構造層が竹パルプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記構造層が成形紙(molded paper)パルプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記流体バリア層がセルロースアセテートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記流体バリア層が、でんぷんラミネートを有するセルロースアセテートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 前記流体バリア層がゼインであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。
- 堆肥化が可能なコンテナーを製造する方法であって、
内部表面と外部表面を貫く開口部を備えた、取り囲まれた本体を形成し、
前記取り囲まれた本体の形成方法が、
植物繊維構造層の少なくとも一方の側を流体バリア層によってカバーして、前記取り囲まれた本体の前記内部表面を形成し、前記構造層および前記流体バリア層が、周囲の条件下で、生物分解をして、無害の残留物を生成するように構成され、
前記取り囲まれた本体の前記内部表面と流体連通をする開口部に、前記流体バリア層と協働して、前記構造層を、水分から防ぐように構成され、周囲の条件下で、分解して、無害の残留物を生成するマウスを結合する
ことを特徴とする堆肥化が可能なコンテナーの製造方法。 - さらに、前記流体バリア層を前記構造層にラミネートすることによって、前記内部表面を形成するステップを備えたことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナーの製造方法。
- さらに、樹脂を前記構造層上にスプレーすることによって、前記流体バリア層を形成するステップを備えたことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナーの製造方法。
- さらに、圧縮成形をし、ついで、硬化させることによって、前記構造層を形成するステップを備えたことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の堆肥化が可能なコンテナーの製造方法。
- 堆肥化が可能なコンテナーであって、
第一の生物分解が可能な材料によって作られ、内部表面と、外部表面と、下方端部と、上部領域を備えた本体であって、前記第一の生物分解が可能な材料が第一のセットの生物分解能を有する本体と、
前記第一の生物分解が可能な材料によって作られ、前記本体の前記下方端部に位置するベースと、
第二の生物分解が可能な材料によって作られ、前記上部領域に位置する前記本体から延び、前記上部領域に位置する前記本体と流体連通するマウスであって、前記第二の生物分解が可能な材料が第二のセットを生物分解能を有するマウスと、
前記第二の生物分解が可能な材料によって作られ、前記マウスと結合して、前記コンテナーをシールするように構成されたキャップと、
前記本体の前記内表面上に形成された生物分解が可能な塗膜と
を備えたことを特徴とする堆肥化が可能なコンテナー。 - 自然環境内の一組のファクターに晒されたときに、前記本体と、前記ベースと、前記マウスと、前記キャップが徐々に生物分解をするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記第二の生物分解が可能な材料が、前記第一の生物分解が可能な材料よりも、水中での生物分解に対し、より高い抵抗力を有するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記第二の生物分解が可能な材料が、前記第一の生物分解が可能な材料よりも、生物分解に対し、実質的により高い抵抗力を有していることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記本体の前記内部表面上に形成された前記塗膜が、流体と直接接触するとともに、選択した保管期間内において、水に不溶性であることを特徴とする請求項24に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記塗膜が前記本体よりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項25に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記第一の生物分解が可能な材料および前記第二の生物分解が可能な材料が、標準的な商業条件化で保管されたときに、少なくとも6ヶ月の品質保持期限を有していることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記第一の生物分解が可能な材料が、サトウキビパルプ、竹パルプ、木製パルプ、再生紙およびボール紙よりなる群から選ばれた材料であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコンテナー。
- 前記第二の生物分解が可能な材料が、セルロースアセテート、ゼインあるいはでんぷんラミネートを有するセルロースアセテートであることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のコンテナー。
