Claims (9)
- タービン構成部品からエンジンデポジットを除去するための洗浄組成物であって、当該洗浄組成物が、実質的に酢酸を含まない水溶液を含んでいて、前記水溶液が、
硝酸イオンの重量で470〜710g/Lの量の硝酸と、
酸性フッ化物イオンの重量で0.5〜15g/Lの量の酸性フッ化物イオン源と
を含む、洗浄組成物。 - 前記洗浄組成物が、硝酸イオンの重量で565〜665g/Lの量の前記硝酸と、酸性フッ化物イオンの重量で5〜10g/Lの量の前記酸性フッ化物イオン源とを含む、請求項1記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記酸性フッ化物イオン源が、重フッ化アンモニウム、重フッ化ナトリウム、重フッ化カリウム又はそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の洗浄組成物。
- 前記酸性フッ化物イオン源が重フッ化アンモニウムを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の洗浄組成物。
- (a)その上にエンジンデポジット(58)が付着した表面(14)を有し、ニッケル及び/又はコバルト含有ベース金属(50)を含むタービン構成部品(10)を準備する段階と、
(b)前記タービン構成部品(10)の表面(14)を、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の洗浄組成物で処理して、実質的に該タービン構成部品(10)のベース金属(50)をエッチングせずに該表面上のエンジンデポジット(58)を除去可能なスマットに転換する段階と
を含むデポジット除去方法。 - 前記段階(b)が、前記洗浄組成物で1〜10分間前記タービン構成部品(10)の表面(14)を処理することによって実施される、請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記段階(b)が、前記洗浄組成物で3〜7分間前記タービン構成部品(10)の表面(14)を処理することによって実施される、請求項6記載のデポジット除去方法。
- 前記段階(b)が、前記洗浄組成物中に前記タービン構成部品(10)を浸漬することによって実施される、請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のデポジット除去方法。
- 前記タービン構成部品(10)の処理表面(14)から実質的に該タービン構成部品(10)の表面(14)を変えない方法で前記スマットを除去するさらなる段階を含む、請求項5乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のデポジット除去方法。
