Description
・複数の流路は、長軸及び短軸を有する細長い断面を有している。

多くの強化バー(図示せず)が、Hに沿って適切な間隔で分配されており、管振動を防止している。
Claims (8)
- 実質的に環状の反応スペースを有する実質的に円筒状のシェルと、熱交換器とを備えた等温化学反応器であって、
前記熱交換器は、前記反応スペース内に配置されており、前記反応器の中心軸の回りに放射状に並んだ一連の熱交換エレメントを有しており
各熱交換エレメントは、前記反応スペースを通って半径方向に延びており、各熱交換エレメントは、加熱又は冷却流体用の複数の流路を有しており、前記複数の流路は前記反応器の前記軸に対して実質的に平行であり、
前記複数の流路は、前記反応器の前記軸に対して垂直な平面上の長軸及び短軸を有する細長い断面を有しており、
各熱交換エレメントは、前記反応スペースの内側領域内に配置されかつ前記長軸が前記半径方向に0度に等しい又はそれを越えている第1角度を形成する1又は複数の管からなる少なくとも1つの第1サブセットと、前記反応スペースの外側領域に配置されかつ前記長軸が前記半径方向に対して第2角度を形成しており、前記第2角度は前記第1角度よりも大きい、1又は複数の管からなる少なくとも1つの第2サブセットとを有しており、
各熱交換エレメントは、第1サブセット及び前記少なくとも1つの第2サブセットとの間に設けられた1又は複数の管からなる少なくとも1つの中間サブセットを有しており、
前記中間サブセットの前記管は、前記長軸が中間角度を形成するように配置され、前記中間角度は、前記半径方向に対して、前記第1角度及び前記第2角度の間の範囲にある、等温化学反応器。 - 前記第1角度は0〜15度であり、前記第2角度は30〜90度である、請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 各熱交換エレメントは、
前記長軸が前記反応器の半径方向へ平行になるように配置された、流路からなる第1内側サブセットと、
前記長軸が前記半径方向に対して30度〜60度の角度になるように配置された、流路からなる少なくとも1つの中間サブセットと、
前記長軸が前記半径方向に対して90度を形成するように配置された、流路からなる外側サブセットと、を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の反応器。 - 前記熱交換エレメントの前記流路は、細長い断面を有する複数の管によって形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の反応器。
- 前記複数の熱交換エレメントは、熱交換媒体用の供給ダクト及び収集ダクトを有しており、
前記ダクトは、前記熱交換エレメントの上側及び下側を形成しており、
前記複数の管は、前記供給ダクト及び前記収集ダクトにそれぞれ固定された両端を有している、請求項4に記載の反応器。 - 各熱交換エレメントの前記供給ダクト及び前記収集ダクトは、前記環状熱交換器の外周面にある外側端から、前記熱交換器の内周面にある内側端に向かって、減っていく断面を有している、請求項5に記載の反応器。
- 前記供給ダクト及び前記収集ダクトは、より広い部分を有する実質的に三角形又は台形の形状を有しており、
前記より広い部分では、2以上の外側の管が横に並んで支持されており、それによって利用可能な熱交換面を増やしている、請求項6に記載の反応器。 - 前記反応器はメタノール・コンバータである、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の反応器。
