Description
これらの課題解決の方法として、機械式オイルポンプと並列に電動オイルポンプを接続し、アイドリングストップ中に電動オイルポンプを駆動して油圧を供給し、クラッチの係合状態を維持する方法が提案されている。
図1はこの発明の一実施の形態によるエンジン始動制御装置の構成を示す図である。1はエンジンで、その回転力はトルクコンバータ12とクラッチ11、自動変速機2を経由してタイヤ3に伝達される。トルクコンバータ12とクラッチ11および自動変速機2を含めたドライブトレイン部分は、油圧によって動作する。オイルパン18に貯まったオイルは、ポンプによって吸い上げられ油圧回路31へ油圧を供給する。
また、モータの種類も、ベルト式だけでなく、一般的な歯車式スタータモータであってもよい。
Claims (5)
- 駆動用のモータを設けたエンジン、油圧制御されるクラッチを少なくとも含む動力伝達系と、
前記動力伝達系上に設置され油圧制御のための油圧を供給する機械式オイルポンプと、
前記機械式オイルポンプと並列に接続され独立に駆動される電動オイルポンプと、
油圧制御の油圧を検出するための油圧検出手段と、
所定のアイドリングストップ条件が成立した時にエンジンを停止させ、所定の再始動条件および燃料噴射条件が成立した時にエンジンを始動させるアイドリングストップ制御手段と、
アイドリングストップの際のエンジン停止の期間中に前記油圧検出手段の油圧が第1の所定圧力未満の場合に前記電動オイルポンプを駆動する電動オイルポンプ制御手段と、
前記モータを駆動して目標回転数と一致させるように制御すると共に、前記アイドリングストップ後の前記所定の再始動条件が成立した際に、前記油圧が第2の所定圧力未満のときは、前記第2の所定圧力以上のときと比較して目標回転数の変化量が相対的に小さくなるように制御するモータ制御手段と、
を備え、
前記第2の所定圧力は、前記クラッチを係合可能な圧力の下限値である、
ことを特徴とするエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記第1の所定圧力は、前記電動オイルポンプが吐出可能な圧力の最大値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記第1の所定圧力は、前記電動オイルポンプが連続的に吐出可能な圧力の最大値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記第1の所定圧力が前記第2の所定圧力以上であることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
- 前記動力伝達系がトルクコンバータを含み、再始動時に前記トルクコンバータをロックアップ状態にならないように制御する制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
