Claims (10)
- 直接交換式加熱/冷却システムにおいて地下に冷媒管を設置するための収容アセンブリであって、
平坦な上端部と、基底を有する本体部分と、本体部分の基底から延びる円型突出部または円錐状突出部の少なくとも一方を有する収容管と、
収容管の内部に配置され、収容管の本体部分の基底に近接して、または基底の上方に配置された先端部を有する冷媒管と、
収容管の内部に充填され、少なくとも冷媒管の先端部を収容すると共に、収容管の平坦な上端部より低い位置に平面を有する充填材と、
充填材の平面から上方に延びているグラウトポンプ管取り付け手段と
を備える収容アセンブリ。 - グラウトポンプ管取り付け手段に固定されたグラウトポンプ管をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- グラウトポンプ管取り付け手段は、収容管の上端部の上方に延びる上方部分と充填材の内部にある下方部分を有する第一のアイボルトを備える、請求項1に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- 収容管の上端部の上方に延びる上方部分と充填材の内部にある下方部分を有する第二のアイボルトをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- 収容管の長さは、ボアホールの幅よりも長い、請求項1に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- 充填材は、セメント系グラウトを含む、請求項1に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- グラウトポンプ管が、グラウトポンプ管の下端近傍で両側を貫通する一対の孔部をさらに備えると共に、グラウトポンプ管の一対の孔部および第一のアイボルトの上方部分に挿通されるリリースワイヤおよびリリースラインの少なくとも一つをさらに備える、請求項3に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- リリースラインまたはリリースワイヤは、グラウトポンプ管の周りで曲げられ、収容アセンブリが所定位置に下ろされる際、解除可能にグラウトポンプ管を定位置に保持する、請求項7に記載の収容アセンブリ。
- 直接交換式加熱/冷却システムにおいて地下に冷媒管を設置する設置方法であって、
平坦な上端部と、基底を有する本体部分と、本体部分の基底から延びる円型突出部または円錐状突出部の少なくとも一方を有する収容管の内部に、冷媒管の少なくとも先端部を配置することと、
グラウトポンプ管取り付け手段を、その上方部分が収容管の平坦な上端部の上方に延びるように収容管の内部に位置させ、グラウトポンプ管の下方部分を収容管の平坦な上端部より低く位置させることと、
収容管に、収容管の平坦な上端部より低い位置に平面が形成されるまで、充填材を充填することと、
収容管の平坦な上端部と充填材の平面との間にグラウトポンプ管の下端が位置するように、グラウトポンプ管を解除可能にグラウトポンプ管取り付け手段に取り付けることと、
陸地または水域の地下位置に収容管を配置することと、
グラウトポンプ管を介してグラウトを注入することと
を備える、設置方法。 - グラウトポンプ管取り付け手段は第一のアイボルトを備え、グラウトポンプ管は第一のアイボルトの上方部分に解除可能に取り付けられる、請求項9に記載の設置方法。
