Claims (6)
- 燃料電池と、燃料供給源から供給される燃料ガスを前記燃料電池へと流すための供給流路と、この供給流路の上流側のガス状態を調整して下流側に供給する可変ガス供給装置と、前記可変ガス供給装置に対するガス供給指令量をPI制御する制御部と、前記可変ガス供給装置の異常を判定する異常判定部と、を備えてなる燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記制御部は、前記PI制御における補正項の一部として、I項を前記燃料電池の運転状態が安定している場合にのみ積算してなる学習項を用い、
前記異常判定部は、前記学習項の値が所定範囲外となったときに、前記可変ガス供給装置が異常と判定する燃料電池システム。 - 前記異常判定部は、前記燃料電池の運転状態が安定している場合にのみ、前記学習項に基づく異常判定を実施する請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記学習項の値が所定範囲外となった状態が所定時間継続した場合に、前記可変ガス供給装置が異常と判定する請求項1又は2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記学習項は、前記燃料電池での燃料ガス消費量と、前記燃料電池内でのアノード極側からカソード極側へのクロスリーク量と、前記PI制御に用いられるP項と、を加えて求められる前記燃料電池へのガス供給要求量毎に別々に設定され且つ更新される請求項1から3の何れかに記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記学習項は、前記燃料電池での燃料ガス消費量と、前記燃料電池内でのアノード極側からカソード極側へのクロスリーク量と、前記可変ガス供給装置の下流側における目標圧力値の変動に基づき算出される目標圧変動補正流量と、前記PI制御に用いられるP項と、を加えて求められる前記燃料電池へのガス供給要求量毎に別々に設定され且つ更新される請求項1から3の何れかに記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記可変ガス供給装置は、弁体を電磁駆動力で直接的に所定の駆動周期で駆動して弁座から離隔させる電磁駆動式の開閉弁である請求項1から5の何れかに記載の燃料電池システム。
