Description
ヒートパイプと、
底部集熱板及び上方集熱板を有し、その両方に穴を形成した集熱板と
を備え、ヒートパイプの2端部が、それぞれ底部集熱板及び上方集熱板の穴に挿入される。
ヒートパイプと、
底部集熱板及び上方集熱板を有し、その両方に穴を形成し、且つそれらの間に電池を配置した集熱板と
を備える熱放散装置であって、ヒートパイプの2端部が、それぞれ底部集熱板及び上方集熱板の穴に挿入される、熱放散装置を有する。
1.2枚の熱放散板3をそれぞれ支持フレーム8の固定溝17内に入れて、6本のボルト5(段付きボルト)をビーム16の穴に挿通して、段付きボルトの第1段によって2枚の底部集熱板11をそれぞれ2枚の熱放散板3上に取り付け、次に、第1ナットを段付きボルトに締め付けることによってそれらを固定し、
2.底部集熱板11の上面を伝導性シリカゲルで覆い、4個の電池4を底部集熱板11の上に、その上の突出部18と整合させて載置し、電池4の表面を熱伝導性シリカゲルで覆い、2枚の上方集熱板12を電池4の上に、電池4の溝と整合させて載置し、次に、第2ナットを段付きボルトに締め付け、
3.上記ステップ2を繰り返して、第2層の電池を載置し、上方集熱板を第2電池層の上に載置し、第3ナットを段付きボルトに締め付け、
4.上方集熱板及び底部集熱板間の距離に基づいて適当な長さのヒートパイプを選択し、そのヒートパイプをU字形に曲げ、
5.U字形ヒートパイプの2端部の表面を熱伝導性シリカゲルで覆い、シリカゲルが硬化する前に、両端部を上方集熱板及び底部集熱板内の対応する穴へ所定深さに挿入し、
6.ステップ4及び5を繰り返して、シリカゲルで覆ったヒートパイプを他の上方集熱板及び底部集熱板内の対応する穴に挿入して、すべてのヒートパイプを互いに邪魔しないように維持し、
7.すべてのヒートパイプが組み付けられるまで、ステップ6を繰り返し、
8.すべての電池4を接続部品15で互いに接続し、それにより、バッテリパックを形成する。

Claims (6)
- 直列又は並列に接続された複数の電池(4)及び熱放散装置を備えるバッテリパックであって、
該熱放射装置が
ヒートパイプ(1)と、
底部集熱板(11)及び上方集熱板(12)を有し、その両方に穴(13)を形成し、且つその間に電池(4)を配置した集熱板(2)と、
底部集熱板(1)の下面の下に設けられた、ヒートシンク(14)又は熱放散板(3)である熱放散構造体と
を備え、
上方集熱板(12)の数は複数であり、各上方集熱板(12)は少なくとも1つの穴を有し、
電池(4)は、底部集熱板(11)と1つの隣接した上方集熱板(12)との間、及び2つの隣接した上方集熱板(12)の間に配置され、
底部集熱板(11)には複数の穴が設けられており、
ヒートパイプ(1)はU字形であり、各U字形ヒートパイプの一端部が、底部集熱板(11)の1つの穴に挿入され、他端部は、上方集熱板(12)の1つの穴に挿入される、バッテリパック。 - 底部集熱板(11)内の穴の数は、U字形ヒートパイプ(1)の数と同一であり、
底部集熱板(11)内の穴は、互いに平行である、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 集熱板(2)を固定する支持フレーム(5)をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 電池(4)と底部集熱板及び上方集熱板との間の接触面が、熱伝導性接着剤で覆われている、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 電池(4)は、その表面上に溝を有し、
底部集熱板及び上方集熱板は、電池(4)と接触するそれらの表面上に、溝とはまり合う突出部(18)を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 電池(4)は、円筒形電池であり、
底部集熱板及び上方集熱板は、電池(4)と接触するそれらの表面上に、円筒形電池の表面とはまり合う溝(19)を有する、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
