Claims (3)
- 金属基板上に金属粉末を固相状態で、超音速で衝突させて摺動層を設けた摺動材料において、
前記摺動層は、融点400℃以下の低融点金属、又は融点400℃以下の低融点金属を50体積%以上有する合金であり、
前記低融点金属又は低融点金属を50体積%以上有する合金は、50℃以下の再結晶温度を有し、
前記低融点金属は、Sn,Pb,Bi,In,Cdのいずれか一種以上からなり、
前記金属基板は、前記摺動層との間の接合面に、融点400℃以下の低融点金属の相を有し、前記金属基板に前記金属粉末を超音速で衝突させて前記摺動層を設けたことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 金属基板上に金属粉末を固相状態で、超音速で衝突させて摺動層を設けた摺動材料において、
前記摺動層は、融点400℃以下の低融点金属、又は融点400℃以下の低融点金属を50体積%以上有する合金であり、
前記低融点金属又は低融点金属を50体積%以上有する合金は、50℃以下の再結晶温度を有し、
前記低融点金属は、Sn,Pb,Bi,In,Cdのいずれか一種以上からなり、
前記金属基板は、前記摺動層との間の接合面に、前記摺動層と同じ組成の融点400℃以下の低融点金属の相を有し、前記金属基板に前記金属粉末を超音速で衝突させて前記摺動層を設けたことを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記金属基板の前記摺動層との間の接合面に形成される融点400℃以下の低融点金属の相の面積率が接合面の10%以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動部材。
