Description

生物分解性セラミック、骨又はコラーゲン等である生体物質、並びに、ラクチド、グリコライド、トリメチレンカーボネート、カプロラクトン、及びp−ジオキサノン、ン、及び混合物を有するホモポリマ及びコポリマ、並びにそれらの組合せ及び同等のものを有する。生物非分解性材料の例は、チタン合金、ジルコニウム合金、コバルトクロミウム合金、ステンレススチール合金、ニチノール合金、並びにそれらの組合せ及び同等のものである金属、及び、生物非分解性ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリオレフィン、ポリウレタン、及びポリアセタル、並びにその同等のもの等であるポリメリック材料を有する。
頚椎、胸椎、腰椎又は仙椎を有する。更には、図24及び25中は内側面−側面湾曲に対して適切な位置において示される一方、骨インプラントは、前部−後部、及び頭蓋−尾部湾曲も治療するよう使用され得る。更には、複数の実施例において、骨インプラントは、二次元湾曲に加えてあるいはそれとは別に、脊柱回転変形を治療するよう使用され得る。
Claims (9)
- ヘッドと、該ヘッドに隣接するファスナシャフトであって、当該ファスナシャフトは、あるシャフト直径を有する、ファスナシャフトと、該ファスナシャフトから突出し、第1の椎体への接続に適合された係合体と、を含む第1のファスナ;
ヘッドと、該ヘッドに隣接するファスナシャフトであって、当該ファスナシャフトは、あるシャフト直径を有する、ファスナシャフトと、該ファスナシャフトから突出し、第2の椎体への接続に適合された係合体と、を含む第2のファスナ;
ヘッドと、該ヘッドに隣接するファスナシャフトであって、当該ファスナシャフトは、あるシャフト直径を有する、ファスナシャフトと、該ファスナシャフトから突出し、第3の椎体への接続に適合された係合体と、を含む第3のファスナ;
前記第1のファスナ、前記第2のファスナ及び前記第3のファスナを接続する第1のリンク及び第2のリンク;
を含み、
前記第1のリンク及び前記第2のリンクは第1の部分を含み、該第1の部分は第2の部分に接続され、前記第1の部分は、頂部表面及び底部表面並びに該頂部表面及び該底部表面を通るよう画成された第1の開口を含み、前記第2の部分は、頂部表面及び底部表面並びに該頂部表面及び該底部表面を通るよう画成された第2の開口を含み、前記第1の開口及び前記第2の開口は、各々、ある縦径を有し、該縦径は、前記第1のファスナ及び前記第2のファスナ及び前記第3のファスナのシャフト直径よりも大きく、

前記第3のファスナは、第3のヘッドと第3のシャフトとを更に有する、
請求項1記載の骨配列調整インプラント。 - 前記第1のシャフト、前記第2のシャフト又は前記第3のシャフトは、変形可能なシャフトである、
請求項7記載の骨配列調整インプラント。 - 前記第1のファスナは、丸く切断された底面を有する第1のヘッドと、該ヘッドに隣接する第1のシャフトであって、当該第1のシャフトは、あるシャフト直径を有する、第1のシャフトと、を含み;
前記第1の係合体は、前記第1のファスナの前記第1のシャフトから突出し、
