Claims (2)
- 試験片の一端を把持する固定把持具及び前記試験片の他端を把持する可動把持具と、両把持具を覆う輻射シールドと、把持具を覆った状態の輻射シールドを収容する真空断熱筐体と、該筐体内に冷却ヘッド部を挿入した2段式機械式冷凍機と、該2段式機械式冷凍機の第1段冷却ヘッドの冷熱を前記輻射シールドに伝達する第1伝熱手段と、前記2段式機械式冷凍機の第2段冷却ヘッドの冷熱を前記固定把持具及び前記可動把持具に伝達する第2伝熱手段とを備えた低温引張試験機において、前記試験片の軸線方向に配置されて前記輻射シールドの一側方を貫通し、更に前記筐体の一側壁を気密状態で貫通する引張軸と、前記筐体の外部側で前記引張軸を介して前記試験片に引張荷重又は圧縮荷重を与える駆動手段と、筐体の前記一側壁の内面から前記試験片の軸線方向に対して平行に筐体の他側壁の方向に向かって設けられた複数の支持軸と、筐体の前記他側壁から離れた位置で前記支持軸に保持された固定板と、該固定板に前記固定把持具を固定する固定把持具支持用ネジ部材と、前記2段式機械式冷凍機の第1段冷却ヘッドの冷熱を前記固定板に伝達する第3伝熱手段と、前記2段式機械式冷凍機の第2段冷却ヘッドに設けられたヒータとを備えていることを特徴とする低温引張試験機。
- 前記固定板と前記輻射シールドとは、非接触状態で設置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の低温引張試験機。
