Claims (4)
- ダストが混入した排ガスが水平横向きに流入する流入口と、前記排ガスを排出する排出口とが形成され、前記流入口よりも内部断面が拡大した収容室と、
前記流入口及び/または前記排出口を遮蔽するフラップ状のダンパと、
前記収容室内に堆積したダストが排出される取出口と、
を備え、熔錬炉において発生した排ガスの流れる排気管に配設したダンパ装置であって、
前記排出口は、前記収容室の上部に形成され、排ガスが前記収容室内からほぼ鉛直上向きに排出され、前記ガス中のダストが自重により落下し、前記収容室内に堆積することを特徴とするダンパ装置。 - ダストが混入した排ガスが流入する流入口と、前記排ガスを排出する排出口とが形成された収容室と、
前記流入口及び/または前記排出口を遮蔽するフラップ状のダンパと、
を備え、
前記排出口は、前記収容室の上部に形成され、排ガスが前記収容室内からほぼ鉛直上向きに排出され、前記ガス中のダストが自重により落下し、前記収容室内に堆積することを特徴としたダンパ装置。 - 前記ダンパは、シール面の全周に亘って少なくとも二重のシール構造を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のダンパ装置。
- 前記ダンパは、シール面の全周に亘って少なくとも二重のスリット溝が形成され、当該スリット溝のそれぞれにグランドパッキンを嵌めこんだことを特徴とする請求項3記載のダンパ装置。
