Claims (7)
- −被印刷物であるシート又はウェブ(10)を1方向(F)に送り出す工程と、
−前記シート又はウェブ送り方向(F)の横断方向に補正切断ライン(TX)を決定する工程と、
−横方向の切断を行う可動式切断手段(4)をシフトさせる手段(5)によって、可動式切断手段(4)を所望の切断ライン(TX)に位置合わせする工程と、
−前記可動式切断手段(4)によってシート又はウェブ(10)を送り方向(F)の直交方向に切断する工程と、
−前記シート又はウェブ(10)の送り方向(F)を横断する方向に沿って配置される基準マークの位置を検知手段(9)によって検知する工程と、
−前記検知手段(9)からマイクロプロセッサに方向シグナルを送る工程と、
−前記シート又はウェブ(10)の送り方向(F)に対して、縦方向の補正切断ライン(TY)を前記マイクロプロセッサによって決定する工程と、
−前記ウェブ又はシート(10)の送り方向(F)を横断する方向(F”)に縦方向切断手段(14、14a)をシフトするシフト手段(8)を前記マイクロプロセッサによって制御する工程と、
−前記縦方向切断手段(14、14a)により前記切断ライン(TY)に沿って縦方向にウェブ又はシートを切断する工程と、
を備えた、一連の画像を有する紙及び他の画像又は写真印刷物のシート又はウェブ(10)を直交する2軸(X、Y)で同時に切断する切断方法において、
前記シフト手段(8)を制御する工程は、ウェブ又はシート(10)の送り速度と、画像の基準マーク(11)及び送り方向の間の距離の変化速度とに基づいて実施され、
前記シート又はウェブ(10)送り方向(F)の横断方向の補正切断ライン(TX)を決定する工程は、
−前記ウェブ又はシート(10)の送り速度と、画像の基準マーク及び送り方向の間の距離の変化速度とを検知する工程と、
−前記マイクロプロセッサによって三角法によるデータ解析を行い、送り出し方向に対する前記画像の平行度偏差角を求めることによって、前記ウェブ又はシート送り方向(F)の横断方向の補正切断ライン(TX)を決定する工程と、を備えることを特徴とする切断方法。 - 前記基準マーク(11)は、互いに明暗差がある領域間の境界線であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断方法。
- 前記基準マーク(11)は、前記画像の端部と平行に印刷された1又は複数本のラインであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断方法。
- 前記シート又はウェブ(10)の色と前記画像の端部の色との間に前記検知手段(9)によって前記画像端部を検知可能な明暗差がある場合には、前記基準マークを前記画像端部とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断方法。
- 前記シート又はウェブ(10)の端部が前記画像端部と平行である場合は、前記基準マークを前記シート又はウェブ(10)の端部とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断方法。
- 横方向切断手段(14)及び縦方向切断手段(14、14a)のシフトを前記切断工程と同時に行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断方法。
- 続けて蓄積された利用可能な補正データによって前記切断手段の直前に前記横方向切断手段(14)及び縦方向切断手段(14、14a)のシフトを行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の切断方法。
