Description
エンジンのノーズコーンに固定され、低圧圧縮機シャフトをエンジンノーズコーンに接続する半径(r)の供給管と、
エンジンノーズコーンの壁を裏打ちして油の循環用の通路を残す皮殻と、
Z−Z軸に対して皮殻の最も偏心した部分と軸受の間に配置され、油を軸受に戻すための複数の放射状油戻り管とを備え、
軸受への油の戻りが供給管の半径rよりも大きなZ−Z軸からの距離Rに配置されることによって達成される。
圧縮機出口での抽気がないので、エンジンの効率が改善される。特定の燃料消費節約は圧縮機からの抽気による性能の損失がないので、結氷条件下で0.16%である。

Claims (7)
- 航空機ターボジェットのノーズコーンを除氷する除氷システムであって、前記ターボジェットは、回転およびスラスト方向にエンジンのZ−Z軸の中空の低圧圧縮機シャフトを支持する軸受を有し、前記軸受は、低圧圧縮機シャフトの外側に配置された2つのノズルによって油で潤滑され、前記除氷システムは、
エンジンのノーズコーンに固定され、低圧圧縮機シャフトをエンジンのノーズコーンに接続する半径rの供給管と、
エンジンのノーズコーンの壁を裏打ちして油の循環用の通路を残す皮殻と、
油を軸受に戻すために、Z−Z軸に対して皮殻の最も偏心した部分と軸受との間に配置された複数の放射状油戻り管とを備え、
軸受への油の戻りが、供給管の半径rよりも大きなZ−Z軸からの距離Rに配置され、
低圧圧縮機シャフトが、偶数のスロット間の区域によって分離された偶数のスロットを有し、ノズルがスロットとノーズコーンに向けて導かれて、ノズルからの油ジェットがそれらの間を通過でき、ノズルが、他のノズルからの油ジェットがスロット間の区域によって反射され始めるときに、前記スロットに対してノズルの1つがスロット中に油の噴射を始めるように配置される、除氷システム。 - 低圧圧縮機シャフトのZ−Z軸に対するノズルの傾斜角度が、5°から30°である、請求項1に記載の除氷システム。
- 供給管が、円錐形状を有し、前記円錐形状の円錐面が、低圧圧縮機シャフトのZ−Z軸に対して0°から2°の角度で傾斜し、円錐の最大直径部分がエンジンのノーズコーン側に配置される、請求項1または2に記載の除氷システム。
- 供給管が、突起を含み、前記突起が、低圧圧縮機シャフトに向かって配置される前記供給管の一方の端部に配置され、該一方の端部が、ノーズコーンに固定される供給管の他方の端部とは反対側にあり、前記突起が、前記供給管の内側に厚い油膜を形成するように前記供給管の内側に突出する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の除氷システム。
- 遠心吸入口を含み、前記遠心吸入口の機能が、低圧圧縮機シャフトのスロット間の区域によって反射された油を回収し、軸受に向かって前記油を導くことである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の除氷システム。
- 2つの皮殻によって画定された油循環区域における油の流量が、ノズルからの流量未満であるとき、油が突起から溢れ出し、遠心力の効果の下で遠心吸引口に再合流する、請求項4と組み合わせられる、請求項5に記載の除氷システム。
- 油でそのノーズコーンを除氷する請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の除氷システムを含む、航空機ターボジェット。
