Description
Claims (7)
- ダクトと、
前記ダクトの壁面上に作られ、当該ダクトの壁面との間に、成形された境界面を形成するカバーとを備え、
前記ダクトは、前記カバーをインサート部品として、インサート成形されるものであり、
前記ダクト壁面と前記カバーとの成形境界面は、ハトの尾形の継ぎ手部を含み、
前記ハトの尾形の継ぎ手部は、前記ダクト壁面のハトの尾形の凹部と、前記カバーのハトの尾形の凸部とからなり、
前記カバーは、スロットル本体の入口部に設けられた突出部を受容する溝部を備え、
前記ハトの尾形の継ぎ手部は、前記カバーの外径面上に設けられ、前記溝部は、前記ハトの尾形の継ぎ手部と近接した、前記ハトの尾形とは反対側の前記カバーの内径面に設けられることを特徴とする空気導入ダクトの接続構造。 - 前記カバーは、さらに、締め付け具が配置される締め付け具位置を定めていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気導入ダクトの接続構造。
- 前記カバーの締め付け具位置に配置された締め付け具をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の空気導入ダクトの接続構造。
- 前記締め付け具位置は、前記締め付け具が前記溝部内の部品の移動を防止できるように前記溝部のそばに設定されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の空気導入ダクトの接続構造。
- 前記締め付け具は、前記カバーの外径面に配置され、かつ、前記溝部の底面が、前記締め付け具の上端位置よりも上方に配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の空気導入ダクトの接続構造。
- 前記カバーの溝部は、前記カバーの内径面に帯状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気導入ダクトの接続構造。
- 前記カバーは、当該カバーの内径面の内周上に、連続的に突き出しているリングを備え、当該リングが、前記スロットル本体の入口部表面を押圧することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気導入ダクトの接続構造。
