Claims (4)
- 回転炉床炉の排出装置から排出される高温の直接還元鉄を、下部が二股の通路に分岐されたシュータを介して、この分岐点に設けられた弁板によって前記二股の何れかの通路に分配し、前記各通路の下端に夫々配置された直接還元鉄容器に投入するダイバータにおいて、上部で弁軸に接続された前記弁板が前記分岐点の各通路入口に夫々1枚設けられ、これら2枚の弁板により前記通路入口を交互に開閉させることによって前記直接還元鉄が前記各通路に分配されると共に、前記弁軸と弁板内部に冷却水を通水するための通水路が連通して設けられてなることを特徴とする高温用ダイバータ。
- 前記弁板が、前記弁軸に固定されたレバーの駆動によって所定角度に回動して前記通路入口を開閉可能とされると共に、前記弁板が回動して閉塞位置となる所定角度が複数選択可能に構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高温用ダイバータ。
- 前記弁軸と弁板の接続が溶接構成になることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高温用ダイバータ。
- 前記弁板と弁軸とが、この弁軸の軸心方向に、前記シュータの通路から一体的に抜き取り可能に構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一つの項に記載の高温用ダイバータ。
