前記第1構成要素は前記カートリッジの主部分であり、前記第2構成要素は、1つ又はそれ以上の熱サイクルチャンバを有するPCR本体であり、
前記第2構成要素はディスク形状であり、環状形状の主本体及び複数の指状のフレキシブル部分を有し、各々のフレキシブル部分の一端部は前記主本体に接続されていて、前記フレキシブル部分の反対側の端部は開放されていて、前記反対側の端部は前記第2流体開口及び前記第2封止面を有しており、
前記第1構成要素及び前記第2構成要素の接続のときに、前記第1及び第2流体開口は流体連通の状態に位置付けられ、前記第1及び第2封止面は前記第1及び第2流体開口間で前記流体連通を封止するように互いに対して位置付けられ、
前記カートリッジは、前記第1封止面の方向に前記第2封止面を偏らせるためのバイアス手段を有することを特徴とする、カートリッジ。 - 請求項1に記載のカートリッジであって、前記第2構成要素は、前記第2封止面に対して垂直な方向に可動なフレキシブル部分を有する、カートリッジ。
- 請求項2に記載のカートリッジであって、前記第2構成要素は2つ又はそれ以上のフレキシブル部分を有し、前記フレキシブル部分の各々は、第2流体開口及び関連第2封止面を有し、それぞれの前記第2封止面に対して垂直な方向に可動である、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のカートリッジであって、前記第1及び第2構成要素の各々は2つ又はそれ以上の流体開口及び対応する第1及び第2封止面を有し、前記第1及び第2封止面の各々は平坦であり、前記第1及び第2封止面の各々の平面はそれぞれ、互いに対して平行である、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のカートリッジであって、各々の第2流体開口は、前記の1つ又はそれ以上の熱サイクルチャンバについての入口及び出口である、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のカートリッジであって、前記の1つ又はそれ以上の熱サイクルチャンバの各々は、前記主本体とフレキシブルフォイルとの間の空間により構成され、前記フレキシブルフォイルは前記空間の両端部において前記主本体に結合され、前記第2流体開口は前記空間と流体連通の状態にある、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のカートリッジであって、前記バイアス手段は、前記第1構成要素において前記第2構成要素を固定するための固定装置を有する、カートリッジ。
- 請求項7に記載のカートリッジであって、前記固定装置は、前記第1封止面の前記方向に前記第2封止面を偏らせるように少なくとも1つのスプリング要素を有する、カートリッジ。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のカートリッジであって、接続後に、前記第2構成要素は、前記第1及び第2流体開口が流体連通の状態にある少なくとも第1位置と、前記流体連通が塞がれた第2位置との間において、前記第1構成要素に対して移動可能である、カートリッジ。
- 請求項8に記載のカートリッジであって、前記第1及び第2構成要素の接続後に、前記第2構成要素は回転軸の周りで前記第1構成要素に対して回転可能であり、前記第1及び第2構成要素は各々、前記回転軸の周りにおいて円形状に配列されている2つ又はそれ以上の流体開口を有する、カートリッジ。
- 請求項9又は10に記載のカートリッジであって、前記第1及び第2構成要素の少なくとも一は、前記第1流体開口及び第1封止面又は前記第2流体開口及び第2封止面を有する封止要素を備え、前記第1位置において前記第1及び第2流体開口間でバルブ要素が流体連通を与え、前記第2位置において前記流体連通を塞ぎ、前記バルブ要素は、前記第1位置及び第2位置の両方において環境に対して前記第1及び第2封止開口を封止する、カートリッジ。
- 請求項7、8または10に記載のカートリッジであって、前記固定装置は前記第1位置及び第2位置間において前記第2構成要素を動かすように用いられる、カートリッジ。
