Claims (5)
- 収納される光学的可読媒体からデータを読み取るための光学的読取りヘッドを備える装置であって、
前記光学的可読媒体は、複数のデータ層と、前記光学的読取りヘッドと少なくとも1つの前記データ層との間の光透過を制御するための円周方向に配列された複数のエレクトロクロミック領域を有する少なくとも1つのブロック層と、1つのパターンとして、前記複数のデータ層に交互に配分され、円周方向に配列されたデータ部分を含む少なくとも1つのデータ・ファイルとを備える、装置。 - 前記光学的可読媒体上の前記エレクトロクロミック領域の各々を、光透過状態と光ブロック状態の間で選択的に切り替えるための電圧源と、
前記電圧源と通信し、前記パターンの情報を含む鍵から前記パターンの情報を取得して、前記電圧源による選択的な切り替えを制御することにより、前記円周方向に配列されたデータ部分が前記光学的読取りヘッドによって実質的に連続的に可読となるようにするコントローラと、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記パターンの情報は、前記コントローラに供給される鍵の内部に符号化される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記パターンの情報は、前記光学的可読媒体に記録された鍵に含まれ、前記光学的読取りヘッドによって読み取られて前記コントローラに供給される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記光学的可読媒体は、前記複数のエレクトロクロミック領域と接触する複数の電気経路を有し、
前記光学的可読媒体を収容するように構成された回転部材と、
前記光学的可読媒体上の電気経路と電気的接続するための、前記回転部材上に配置された複数の電気接点と、をさらに備え、
前記電圧源は、前記回転部材上の電気接点および当該電気接点と電気的接続する前記光学的可読媒体上の電気経路を介して、選択されたエレクトロクロミック領域に選択的に電圧を印加する、請求項2〜4の何れか1項に記載の装置。
