Description
上述のように、本発明の凝縮ボイラは、温水用外管と加熱水用内管を含むか、または加熱水用外管と温水用内管を含むことで潜熱を使用して冷水を予熱する顕熱交換器として二重管熱交換器を備えている。さらに、温水を加熱すたるめ別の温水熱交換器が必要ではなく、凝縮ボイラは、簡単な構造と小さくなった容積を有する。
Claims (4)
- 加熱水および温水の両方を供給するための凝縮ボイラの熱交換器であって、
顕熱交換器と、
加熱水熱交換器および温水熱交換器を含む潜熱交換器であって、前記加熱水熱交換器が、1つの入口および多数の出口を備える入口部、多数の入口および1つの出口を備える出口部、ならびに入口部および出口部の入口および出口に接続され並行して配置された複数の加熱水経路を有し、前記温水熱交換器が、1つの入口および多数の出口を有する入口部、多数の入口および1つの出口を有する出口部、ならびに入口部及び出口部の入口及び出口に接続され並行して配置された複数の温水経路を有する、潜熱交換器と、を備える熱交換器であって、
前記複数の温水経路が、それぞれ前記複数の加熱水経路に隣接して配置されており、
前記加熱水熱交換器の出口部が前記顕熱交換器の加熱水ポートに接続され、前記温水熱交換器の出口部が、前記顕熱交換器の温水ポートに接続されており、
前記複数の温水経路及び前記複数の加熱水経路が、熱伝達面積を増やすため、凹凸形状を有する3つの積層されたプレートによって形成されている熱交換器。 - 前記潜熱交換器が複数の単位熱交換器を積層することにより作製され、各単位熱交換器が前記3つのプレートによって構成され、隣接する2つの単位熱交換器の間に排気ガス経路が形成されている、請求項1に記載の凝縮ボイラの熱交換器。
- 前記単位熱交換器を構成する前記3つのプレートが、それぞれ加熱水入口部および加熱水出口部ならびに温水入口部および温水出口部を有し、前記温水経路を規定する中間プレートの、前記温水入口部の周縁部が、前記加熱水経路を規定する外側プレートの、前記温水出口部の周縁部に結合され、前記温水経路を規定する中間プレートの、前記加熱水入口部の周縁部が、前記加熱水経路を規定する他方の外側プレートの、前記加熱水出口部の周縁部に結合され、前記複数の単位熱交換器が積層されているとき、前記単位熱交換器の加熱水経路が互いに連絡しており、同様に、前記単位熱交換器の温水経路が互いに連絡していることで、前記潜熱交換器が、1つの入口および多数の出口を備える入口部、および多数の入口および1つの出口を備える出口部を有する、請求項2に記載の凝縮ボイラの熱交換器。
- 前記顕熱交換器は、加熱水経路用内管が温水経路用外管に挿入されるか、または温水経路用内管が加熱水経路用外管に挿入されるか、という様式で製造された二重管熱交換器を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の凝縮ボイラの熱交換器。
