Description
また前記高周波電源は、互いに同期した電流を出力してなることを特徴としている。
また図1,2に示す誘導加熱コイル10は渦巻き型であるが、本発明の誘導加熱コイルは実施形態に応じて他の形状になっていてもよい。
すなわち電流i1が流れる回路および電流i2が流れる回路は、いずれも同様の周波数f1,f2でそれぞれ共振できるが、電流i3が流れる回路は、電流i1の周波数f1や電流i2の周波数f2よりも低い周波数f3となっている。したがって周波数f3と周波数f1,f2が同様の周波数になった場合(電流i1と電流i2が同期した場合)は、循環電流i3が流れる回路のインピーダンスが、電流i1,i2が流れる回路のインピーダンスに比べて高くなる。よって循環電流i3を抑えることができる。
なお前述した誘導加熱装置40は、具体的な一例を示したものである。このため誘導加熱コイル10を容器50の内部に設けていない構成であってもよい。
Claims (3)
- 誘導加熱コイルに中間タップを設けて、前記誘導加熱コイルにおいて前記中間タップを介して直列に接続された複数のゾーンコイル部を形成し、各ゾーンコイル部に高周波電源を接続した誘導加熱装置において、
互いに隣接する前記ゾーンコイル部の間の相互誘導を相殺する逆結合インダクタンスが、前記中間タップから各高周波電源に至る配線に設けられ、
互いに隣接する逆結合インダクタンス同士は、前記中間タップに並列に接続されていることを特徴とする誘導加熱装置。 - 前記高周波電源を用いて、前記ゾーンコイル部を構成する導体部位毎に電気量を制御してなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置。
- 前記高周波電源は、互いに同期した電流を出力してなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の誘導加熱装置。
