Description
本実施例では、銅製錬において、自溶炉に付属の電気錬カン炉から排出される高温スラグを水砕したときに発生する排ガスの処理を行った。図1の排ガス処理スキームに従う排ガス処理設備を構築した。電気錬カン炉から排出されたスラグは、スラグ樋を介して水砕樋に流入し、その水砕樋を流下してきた水砕水により水砕され、水砕スラグとして水砕槽内に落下する。水砕時に発生する多量の水蒸気を伴う排ガスを、水砕樋及び水砕槽を覆う集煙フードで回収した。集煙フード内の排ガス温度は80〜90℃程度であった。集煙フードに回収された排ガスは、集煙フード上部にある煙道口を通って煙道に入り、湿式電気集塵機へと送った。湿式電気集塵機に流入する排ガス温度は30〜80℃程度であり、湿式電気集塵機から排出される排ガス温度は20〜40℃程度であった。

実施例1と同様に、銅製錬において、自溶炉に付属の電気錬カン炉から排出される高温スラグを水砕したときに発生する排ガスの処理を行った。ただし、実施例2では実施例1よりも集煙フードでの排ガス回収量を多くして行った。

・水砕前スラグ温度 1150〜1300℃
・水砕水量 20t/min
・集煙フードでの排ガス回収量 500m3/min
・湿式電気集塵機仕様
−メーカ:エルデック社製ノイルフト型(2区、3段型)
区:区画ごとに別の高圧電源装置によって荷電しているのでその区分数。
段:1対の放電極及び集塵極を1段とし、ガス流れ方向に設置した段数。
−電圧:30〜35kV(1区目、2区目)
−電流:110〜150mA(1区目)、140〜180mA(2区目)、
−スプレー水量:約10L/min

Claims (7)
- 非鉄金属熔錬炉から排出されるスラグを水砕したときに発生する水蒸気を主成分とし、金属フュームを含有する排ガスを処理する方法であって、予め該排ガスに冷却水を散布する工程を経ることなく、該排ガスを湿式電気集塵機で処理する工程を含む方法。
- 非鉄金属は銅である請求項1に記載の方法。
- 排ガスはCu、Zn、Ni及びFeから選択される一種以上の金属フュームを含有する請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 湿式電気集塵機から排出される金属成分を含有する排水を中和処理後、ろ過し、残渣を熔錬炉へ戻す工程を更に含む請求項1〜3何れか一項記載の方法。
- 非鉄金属熔錬炉から排出されるスラグを水砕したときに発生する水蒸気を主成分とし、金属フュームを含有する排ガスを処理する設備であって、排ガス収集手段と排ガス通路と湿式電気集塵機とを備え、排ガス収集手段は排ガス発生箇所の上方に設けられ、排ガス収集手段と湿式電気集塵機は、冷却水を排ガスに散布する手段を経ることなく、排ガス通路によって連結されている設備。
- 非鉄金属は銅である請求項5に記載の設備。
- 排ガスはCu、Zn、Ni及びFeから選択される一種以上の金属フュームを含有する請求項5又は6に記載の設備。
