Claims (14)
- 同心である2つのリング、第1の内側リング(42)および第2の外側リング(44)の間に複数の羽根(43)を放射状に配置して備えるステータ羽根リングまたは上流側案内羽根部材を形成するターボ機械のステータであって、
第2のリングが、円柱形の外表面部分(44e)を有し、
前記外表面部分(44e)に、粘弾性材料からなる少なくとも1つの層(32)を前記表面部分(44e)および剛性材料からなる1つのカウンタ層(34)に接触させて備える少なくとも1つの振動減衰積層体(30、30’)が取り付けられている、ステータ。 - 積層体が、前記外表面部分(44e)を部分的に覆っている、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 外表面部分を覆って周方向に分布した複数の積層体を備える、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 層(32、34)が一体に接続されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のステータ。
- 層(32、34)が、接着によって一体に接続されている、請求項4に記載のステータ。
- カウンタ層(34’)が、機械的な取り付け部材(34’a)を備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のステータ。
- 機械的な取り付け部材(34’a)が、カウンタ層をステータへと接続している、請求項6に記載のステータ。
- 機械的な取り付け部材(34’a)が、粘弾性層を前記外表面部分に押し付けられた状態に保っている、請求項7に記載のステータ。
- 積層体が、粘弾性層および交互の剛性層の積み重ね(32、34)からなる、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のステータ。
- 粘弾性材料の特性が、或る層とその他の層とで異なっている、請求項9に記載のステータ。
- 粘弾性材料の特性が、或る層とその他の層とで同じである、請求項9に記載のステータ。
- 剛性材料の特性が、或る剛性層とその他の剛性層とで異なっている、請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載のステータ。
- 剛性材料の特性が、或る剛性層とその他の剛性層とで同じである、請求項11に記載のステータ。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのステータを備える、ターボ機械。
