Description
Claims (11)
- 血液中の観察対象物を撮像するのに適した撮像システムであって、
近赤外の波長を有する照明光を放射する照明光源部と、
前記照明光源部から放射された照明光を観察対象物に照射する照明光学系と、
前記照明光学系により前記観察対象物に照射されて散乱,反射または屈折された照明光を物体光として導く撮像光学系と、
近赤外の波長帯に撮像感度を有し、前記撮像光学系により導かれて到達した物体光を受光して前記観察対象物を撮像する撮像部と、
を備え、
前記照明光学系が、前記照明光源部から放射される照明光を前記観察対象物へ導波する照明用光ファイバを含み、
前記撮像光学系が、前記観察対象物で発生する物体光を前記撮像部へ導波する撮像用光ファイバを含み、
前記照明用光ファイバおよび前記撮像用光ファイバが内視鏡内に設けられており、
前記照明光源部から放射された照明光は、波長1.2μm〜1.8μmの範囲内において、1μW/nm以上のスペクトル密度を有し、
前記照明光源部は、フィルタを更に含み、当該フィルタを用いて互いに中心波長の異なる3波長を同時に取り出し、
当該フィルタによって分けられた3波長をそれぞれ可視の3原色に割り当てることにより、3波長が可視領域の画像で表される、撮像システム。 - 前記照明光源部が放射する照明光が、波長0.9μm〜1.3μmまたは1.5μm〜1.8μmの範囲内の光を含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
- 前記照明光源部が放射する照明光が、波長0.9μm〜1.1μmの範囲内の光を含み、
前記撮像部が、シリコンからなるCCDを含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。 - 前記照明光源部は、
パルス光を出力するパルスレーザ光源と、
このパルスレーザ光源から出力されたパルス光をHE11モードに結合して、非線形光学効果によって前記パルス光のスペクトルを広げたものを前記照明光として出力する光ファイバと、
を含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。 - 前記照明光源部及び前記撮像部のうち少なくとも一方は、InGaAs系材料からなる素子を含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
- 前記照明光源部及び前記撮像部のうち少なくとも一方は、Extended-InGaAs系材料からなる素子を含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
- 前記照明光源部及び前記撮像部のうち少なくとも一方は、GaInNAsSb系材料からなる素子を含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
- 前記撮像部は、2次元撮像素子である、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項記載の撮像システム。
- 前記照明光学系は、前記照明光源部から放射される照明光を反射させて前記観察対象物に照射する無影灯反射鏡を含む、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
- 前記照明光源部と前記観察対象物との間に配置され、前記照明光源部から放射される照明光のうち所定波長の光を透過させる光学フィルタを更に備える、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
- 前記観察対象物と前記撮像部との間に配置され、前記観察対象物で発生する物体光のうち所定波長の光を透過させる光学フィルタを更に備える、請求項1記載の撮像システム。
