Claims (3)
- 試料容器に収容された高分子試料をヒータで加熱し生成された複数の気相成分を分析する熱分析に用いられる加熱装置であって、
該試料容器が内部に載置される石英管と、
間隔を存して該石英管を内挿する金属管と、
該金属管の内側面に軸方向に沿って形成された溝部と、
該溝部に収納され、該石英管内に載置された該試料容器に対向する位置に設けられた温度センサと、
該金属管を内挿する円筒状のセラミックヒータとを備えることを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 請求項1記載の加熱装置において、
前記金属管は、前記試料容器に対向する位置を含む第1の領域が熱伝導性に優れる第1の金属からなるとともに、第1の領域以外の第2の領域が第1の金属と比較して熱伝導性が低い第2の金属からなることを特徴とする加熱装置。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の加熱装置において、
前記温度センサにより検知された温度と前記高分子試料の温度とが一致するように、該温度センサにより検知された温度を補正して表示する温度表示手段を備えることを特徴とする加熱装置。
