Claims (6)
- X線検出器に誘起する干渉電磁界による電磁ノイズを低減する方法(1000,1100)であって、
前記X線検出器(600)内に形成した少なくとも一つの電磁界検出導体(640)を用いて前記X線検出器内の干渉電磁界をサンプリングするステップ(1010,1110)と、
前記X線検出器でX線放射を計測するステップと、
計測された前記X線検出器の少なくとも一つの出力から前記干渉電磁界の大きさを減算するステップ(1020,1120)と、
低減された電磁ノイズを有する少なくとも一つのX線検出器出力を出力するステップ(1030,1130)とを含み、
前記電磁界検出導体(640)が前記X線検出器(600)のデータ線と同方位に配置されている、方法。 - 前記X線検出器(600)が医用画像処理システムに用いられる、請求項1記載の方法(1000,1100)。
- アナログ/ディジタル変換システムの前置増幅段において前記サンプリングした干渉電磁界の前記大きさを減算するステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法(1000,1100)。
- 医用撮像システムに用いるX線検出器の形成方法(800,900)であって、
前記X線検出器に誘起する少なくとも一部干渉電磁界に基づき電磁界検出導体(640)の数と前記電磁界検出導体(640)の間隔のうちの少なくとも一方を割り出すステップ(810,912)と、
前記割り出された数と前記割り出された間隔の電磁界検出導体(640)を有するX線検出器を形成するステップ(820,920)とを含む、方法。 - 前記干渉電磁界の最高周波数を割り出すステップ(910)を含む、請求項4記載の方法(800,900)。
- 医用撮像システム(100)に用いるX線検出器(600)であって、
少なくとも一つのX線検出器画素と少なくとも一つの電磁界検出導体(640)を有するパネル部(612)で、前記電磁界検出導体(640)が前記X線検出器(600)内の干渉電磁界を計測する前記パネル部と、
前記干渉電磁界に基づいて前記少なくとも一つのX線検出器画素の出力を調整する電磁ノイズ低減部とを備え、
前記X線検出器(600)のデータ線及び走査線と同方位の複数の電磁界検出導体(640)を備える、X線検出器。
