Claims (12)
- 放送受信装置が消費するプロセッシング資源をアプリケーション毎にモニタリングするステップと、
前記モニタリング結果をモニタリングした時間とともに保存モジュールに保存するステップと、
前記保存モジュールに保存されたモニタリング結果及び前記モニタリングした時間に基づいて前記モニタリングした時間における前記放送受信装置全体のプロセッシング資源の消費量を算出するステップと、
前記放送受信装置全体のプロセッシング資源の消費量に基づいてIP通信を用いたデータのダウンロード速度を調節するステップと、を含み、
前記調節するステップは、
前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が臨界値以上である場合、前記ダウンロードを中止させるステップと、
前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が前記臨界値未満である場合、前記ダウンロードを再開させるステップと、を含む、
放送受信装置のダウンロード速度を制御する方法。 - 前記プロセッシング資源は、CPU占有率、主記憶装置の使用量、補助記憶装置の入出力頻度のうち、少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度を制御する方法。
- 前記調節するステップは、前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が増加すれば、前記ダウンロード速度を減少させ、前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が減少すれば、前記ダウンロード速度を増加させるステップを含む請求項1に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度を制御する方法。
- 前記調節するステップは、
所定のプロセッシング資源消費量に対するダウンロード速度値のマッピング情報から前記モニタリングされたプロセッシング資源消費量に対応するダウンロード速度値を検索するステップと、
前記検索されたダウンロード速度値で前記ダウンロード速度を調節するステップと、を含む請求項1に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度を制御する方法。 - 前記マッピング情報は、前記放送受信装置の生産時に前記放送受信装置にテスト結果によって生成された情報である請求項4に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度を制御する方法。
- 前記調節されたダウンロード速度で前記データをダウンロードするステップをさらに含む請求項1に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度を制御する方法。
- 放送受信装置が消費するプロセッシング資源をアプリケーション毎にモニタリングするモニタリングモジュールと、
前記モニタリング結果をモニタリングした時間とともに保存するとともに、保存されたモニタリング結果及び前記モニタリングした時間に基づいて前記モニタリングした時間における前記放送受信装置全体のプロセッシング資源の消費量を算出する保存モジュールと、
前記放送受信装置全体のプロセッシング資源の消費量に基づいてIP通信を用いたデータのダウンロード速度を調節する制御モジュールと、を備え、
前記制御モジュールは、前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が臨界値以上である場合、前記ダウンロードを中止させて、前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が前記臨界値未満である場合、前記ダウンロードを再開させる、
ダウンロード速度制御装置。 - 前記プロセッシング資源は、CPU占有率、主記憶装置の使用量、補助記憶装置の入出力頻度のうち、少なくとも1つを含む請求項7に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度制御装置。
- 前記制御モジュールは、前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が増加すれば、前記ダウンロード速度を減少させ、前記放送受信装置のプロセッシング資源消費量が減少すれば、前記ダウンロード速度を増加させる請求項7に記載の放送受信装置のダウンロード速度制御装置。
- 前記保存モジュールは、所定のプロセッシング資源消費量についてのダウンロード速度値のマッピング情報を保存しており、
前記制御モジュールは、前記マッピング情報から前記モニタリングされたプロセッシング資源消費量に対応するダウンロード速度値を検索し、前記検索されたダウンロード速度値で前記ダウンロード速度を調節する請求項7に記載のダウンロード速度制御装置。 - 前記マッピング情報は、前記放送受信装置の生産時に前記放送受信装置にテスト結果によって生成された情報である請求項10に記載のダウンロード速度制御装置。
- 前記調節されたダウンロード速度で前記データをダウンロードするダウンロードエイジェントモジュールをさらに備える請求項7に記載のダウンロード速度制御装置。
