Claims (3)
- ワイヤ電極と被加工物との両極の電極で形成される加工間隙に放電を誘発するために必要十分な電圧を印加する放電発生用直流電源と前記放電発生用直流電源に直列に接続され前記ワイヤ電極に流れる電流を可能な限り小さく制限する電流制限抵抗素子とを含んでなる第1の電源回路と、加工に寄与する主たる放電電流を前記加工間隙に供給するための電圧を出力する加工用直流電源と前記加工用直流電源と前記加工間隙との間を接続する低インダクタンス線と前記加工用直流電源と前記低インダクタンス線との間で前記加工用直流電源に直列に接続されるスイッチング素子および逆流阻止ダイオードとを含んでなる第2の電源回路と、前記低インダクタンス線と前記両極の一方の電極との間に直列に挿設される流入阻止ダイオードと前記流入阻止ダイオードに並列に接続されるスナバ回路とでなり前記低インダクタンス線の浮遊容量電流が前記加工間隙に流れないようにする電流低減回路と、可能な限り小さい大きさで前記流入阻止ダイオードを冷却するために必要十分な容量の所定温度の液体を収容し可能な限り小さい大きさで前記流入阻止ダイオードを冷却するために前記流入阻止ダイオードの全面を密着させることができる必要十分な面積で前記流入阻止ダイオードの全面を密着させて固定する取付面を有するとともに前記流入阻止ダイオードの熱を前記液体に伝導する材質でなるただ1つの容器を含んでなり前記加工間隙に可能な限り近い位置に配設される冷却ユニットと、を備えたワイヤカット放電加工装置の加工用電源装置。
- 前記流入阻止ダイオードが前記容器の前記取付面との間にシリコンペーストを介在して前記取付面に密着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤカット放電加工装置の加工用電源装置。
- 加工槽の中に立設され前記被加工物に給電するワークスタンドに電気的に接続されるとともに加工槽に穿設された貫通孔を液密かつ絶縁された状態で貫通して加工槽の外側に突出する導体に前記冷却ユニットが取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のワイヤカット放電加工装置の加工用電源装置。
