Claims (3)
- 光のビームの非対称収差を補償するために光学系で使用するためのデバイスであって、前記光ビームがビーム経路に沿って向けられており、前記ビーム経路が軸線を定義しているデバイスにおいて、前記光学系が、
前記ビーム経路上に位置決めされ、且つ前記ビーム経路上に実質的に中心を合わせられた少なくとも1つの二重補償器であって、
パターンを付与された実質的に平坦な表面を有する第1のプレートであって、前記パターンは中心点を有しており且つ該プレートの前記表面内にパターン軸線を定義している第1のプレートと、
同じパターンを付与された実質的に平坦な表面を有する第2のプレートとであって、前記第1のプレートの中心点と前記第2のプレートの中心点とが前記ビーム経路軸線上に位置付けられ、それぞれのパターン軸線が前記ビーム経路軸線に実質的に垂直であり、さらに、前記第1のプレートのパターン軸線が、前記第2のプレートの前記パターン軸線に対して角度αにわたって回転される第2のプレートと
を有している二重補償器と、
前記光ビームの非対称収差を補償するために、前記二重補償器を前記ビーム経路の軸線の周りで角度βにわたって回転させるための手段と
を有しているデバイス。 - 前記第1のプレートと前記第2のプレートとが、約1ミリメートルの厚さと、約10ミリメートルの直径とを有する円板として形作られている請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記光学系が複数の二重補償器を含み、該二重補償器が、
非点収差を補償するために第1のパターンを有する第1の二重補償器と、
コマ収差を補償するために第2のパターンを有する第2の二重補償器と、
矢状収差を補償するために第3のパターンを有する第3の二重補償器と
を有している請求項1に記載のデバイス。
