Claims (8)
- プレートとカバープレートの隙間に配置した試料溶液の溶媒を気化させ、前記カバープレートの周縁部に試料成分を析出させることを特徴とする試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記試料溶液は、前記プレートと前記カバープレートの隙間に試料を配置し溶媒を導入して得られたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記カバープレートの一端側から前記溶媒を導入することを特徴とする請求項2記載の試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記プレート上に配置した前記試料の上に前記カバープレートを載置することで前記カバープレートに傾斜をつけ、前記プレートと前記カバープレートの最大隙間付近から毛細現象を利用して前記溶媒を導入することを特徴とする請求項3記載の試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記試料溶液は、予め調製したものを前記プレートと前記カバープレートの隙間に導入したものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記カバープレートの一端側から前記試料溶液を導入することを特徴とする請求項5記載の試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記プレート上に配置したスペーサの上に前記カバープレートを載置することで前記カバープレートに傾斜をつけ、前記プレートと前記カバープレートの最大隙間付近から毛細現象を利用して前記試料溶液を導入することを特徴とする請求項6記載の試料成分の分離方法。
- 前記請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の試料成分の分離方法を用いて前記カバープレートの周縁部に析出させた試料成分を、前記プレート上で析出した状態のままマイクロプローブを使用して分析することを特徴とする試料成分の分析方法。
