Claims (15)
- 少なくとも1つの可燃性有機電解質を含む蓄積部品を備えたエネルギー蓄積モジュールにおいて、
モジュールハウジング(1)内の受動的安全性を高める充填材(10)が設けられており、
可燃性電解質を備えた部材(5、6、7)が、前記モジュールハウジング内に設けられており、かつ
前記充填材(10)が、その表面を触媒被覆によって被覆されている
ことを特徴とするエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジング(1)が、部品として電解コンデンサ(5、5'・・・)を含む
請求項1記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジング(1)が、部品として二重層コンデンサ(6、6'・・・)を含む
請求項1記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、流出する電解質蒸気の平均自由行程を限定し、こうして前記モジュールハウジング(1)内での発火又は爆発の伝播を妨げる
請求項1から3の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、流出する電解質蒸気を吸着および/又は吸収によって結合する
請求項1から4の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、バルク材として存在する
請求項1から5の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記バルク材が、0.5〜5mmの粒径分布と、0.3g/cm3以上の嵩密度とを有する
請求項6記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、少なくとも20m2/gのBET表面積を有する
請求項1から7の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材10が、少なくとも100m2/gのBET表面積を有する請求項1から7の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。
- 前記触媒被覆が、貴金属からなるものである
請求項1から9の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、500〜2000m2/gのBET表面積を有する活性炭である
請求項1から10の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記活性炭が、開放気孔を有するものであり、当該活性炭の開放気孔の表面に前記触媒被覆が被着されている
請求項11記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、ゼオライトである
請求項1から12の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、セピオライトである
請求項1から12の1つに記載のエネルギー蓄積モジュール。 - 前記充填材(10)が、トベルモライトである
